With 15+ years of working in Accountancy (AAT Qualified), 12+ years running SMEs and 15 years of giving Business and Support Advice on a financial level to SMEs; Gail has been with Coast to Capital just under a year and supports businesses in all aspects of business in her role as Business Account Manager. Gail has experience of supporting businesses in multiple sectors in an accountancy role as well as running businesses herself from the age of 18. She has run businesses in different sectors from working solely to managing 13+ members of staff.

Matthew has extensive experience in searching for, bidding for, winning, allocating, and distributing funding - including setting-up, running, and delivering successful multi-million-pound grant schemes - and have an excellent working knowledge of the mechanisms, processes, and rules of government-funded schemes - having worked for several years contract managing European funding schemes for a Civil Service Department.

As a Business Support & Marketing Officer, Taygan serves as a key point of contact delivering the 'triage service' to businesses approaching the Growth Hub, assessing their requirements and directing them to appropriate follow-on support. Additionally, Taygan leads on all Growth Hub communications, including website management and social media platforms.
