Brian Ivany leads CAMS' Energy Transition Services which provides asset management, operations and maintenance, optimization and related services to wind, solar and storage assets. In this role, he has supported the acquisitions and divestitures of numerous energy assets located throughout the U.S. He previously served as a member of the CAMS Business Development team where he was responsible for developing commercially productive relationships and originating strategic investment opportunities across the energy sector. Mr. Ivany graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point, served five years in the Army, and deployed twice to Iraq. He earned his MBA from Georgetown University and currently serves on the board of directors of Renewable Energy Alliance Houston. Experience 7 years

Chase McDonald

Chase McDonald is the general manager for CAMS Trident, which offers corrosion engineering and integrity services as a CAMS subsidiary. He is responsible for directing and coordinating the business development, operations, and administrative activities of that business. Mr. McDonald has an extensive career in all facets of cathodic protection and integrity services, primarily focusing on engineering, installation, maintenance, regulatory services, troubleshooting and surveying. He began working in this field in 2006, joined CAMS Trident in February of 2014 and was promoted to the management team in 2015. Experience 10 years

Colin Harper

Colin Harper is responsible for the development of the CAMS midstream business, with a primary focus on small and mid-sized midstream assets in the oil, natural gas, and NGL sectors. Prior to joining CAMS, Mr. Harper was responsible for all commercial activities, including Marketing and Supply Origination, System Optimization & Logistics, Gas Control, Fuel & Measurement Management, Facility & Operations Planning, and Customer Services for NiSource Gas Transmission & Storage, the regulated interstate pipeline and storage unit of NiSource, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Jeff Sommers is responsible for leading all aspects of CAMS' financial operations and has more than 30 years of financial management experience in the energy and power generation industries. Prior to joining CAMS, Mr. Sommers served as an executive at Prisma Energy International, where he was responsible for company-wide financial and accounting operations. He held numerous financial and accounting positions with subsidiaries of Enron Corp. after beginning his career at Deloitte, Haskins and Sells as a staff auditor. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas and is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mrs. Waymire has over 40 years of experience in management, financial and SEC reporting, general accounting, treasury, payroll, power generation, oil and gas, refining, and international ventures with CAMS, Delta Power Corporation, Calpine, Dynegy, Union Texas Petroleum and Mobil Oil. She holds a bachelor's degree from Canisius College and an MBA in Finance from St. Thomas University. Mrs. Waymire is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Mona Johnson

Mona Caesar Johnson has nearly 30 years of environmental management experience, including a decade with CAMS supporting private equity-owned energy assets. She currently leads CAMS' EHS&R group and has grown eSPARC from one employee to a successful multi-disciplinary consulting firm with clients in a variety of industrial sectors, including specialty chemicals, manufacturing, power generation, oil and gas, and marine. Prior to assuming leadership of eSPARC, Ms. Caesar Johnson was the CAMS Central Region Regulatory and Compliance Manager. She spent 12 years as a consultant with AECOM legacy companies and four years in active duty military as a U.S. Army officer. Ms. Caesar Johnson received a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Syracuse University. Randy York has 35 years of energy industry experience, including 22 years in negotiating and managing commercial agreements. Mr. York's primary responsibility is to direct and support contracts, commercial agreements, financial aspects, and operations of client-entrusted power assets and portfolios. Prior to his current position, he was responsible for asset management in the eastern region and direct management of power projects in the southeast. Before joining CAMS, Mr. York was the lead account manager with ArcLight Energy Marketing and related commercial, asset management and managerial positions at Progress Energy.
