Considered to be one of Malta's leading restaurants, The Chophouse boasts a tempting selection of succulent steaks, daily grilled fish and vegan options. We also offer a wide choice of light starters and mouth-watering sweets. Our large glass-fronted ‘cave' stocks a selection of well over 300 wines, stored in a humidity and temperature-controlled environment, for optimum serving... We butcher and hang most of our meat ourselves, serving all cuts, from head to tail. We use only the very best ingredients available and cook on the largest charcoal grill on the island.
