Larry Plett began his construction career in Hudson Bay as a laborer in his father's construction business, then later in Winnipeg as a project superintendent. After spending his early twenties learning the commercial construction trade in Winnipeg, Larry and his wife moved to Saskatoon to start a family and their new business venture in 1994.
