CrossFit Velox started as small gym with a few average people doing CrossFit movements to become more fit, build some muscle, and just become overall healthier. Drs. Rebecca and Tyler Smith owned the gym and it operated in the back of their chiropractic clinic. In 2014, we became CrossFit Velox and were the first CrossFit Affiliate in Western Oklahoma...
