DR DAVID PROVENZANO - Key Persons
Alyson joined the PDIC team in May 2022 as the Front Desk Coordinator. She brings to the practice her knowledge and experience from working 4 years with health care insurances as well as over 15 years in customer service.
Ashley Karcher is a Nurse Practitioner at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. Ashley received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and earned her master's degree from Grand Canyon University. Ashley has practiced medicine for the last 14 years; her experience has focused primarily on neurology and family practice. Ashley's number one focus is to provide safe and exceptional patient care to all. In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Brandi joined the PDIC team in July of 2022 as a Medical Assistant. Prior to joining the practice, she worked in inpatient medicine. In addition to her previous healthcare experience, she brings to the practice about 10 years of customer service. In her free time, she is a volunteer firefighter.

Cara Casilli is a Physician Assistant at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. Cara received her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University graduating Summa Cum Laude from The Schreyer's Honors College. She then earned her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Chatham University. She previously worked in clinical research at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. In her spare time, Cara enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Cecilia Maclae is the Clinical Research Coordinator at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. She received her BA in Biology from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. Her hobbies include hiking with her dog, spending time with family, and baking. She is also an inspiring physician with plans to attend medical school in the future.

Jessica Russell is a Registered Nurse at Pain Diagnostics and Interventional Care. She graduated from UPMC Shadyside Hospital in 2001. Jessie practiced as a medical-surgical nurse for several years before working in pain management. She has more than 10 years of experience in pain management and has worked with Dr. Provenzano since 2006. Her hobbies include water skiing, hunting and fishing.
