Ali Zaenal Abidin is an accomplished professional holding the position of PMO Head, Senior Project Manager, and Program Manager. He is internationally certified as a Project Manager Professional (PMP 446011), PRINCE2 Practitioner, and holds IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation and Scrum Fundamentals certifications (SCF).
With a rich background spanning over 30 years, Ali has garnered extensive experience in various projects. This includes over a decade serving as a PMO Head and five years as a PMO consultant. His global exposure encompasses successful project management in Australia, South Korea, France, and the Philippines. Ali has successfully overseen end-to-end project delivery across diverse industries such as telecommunications, banking, electricity, grocery distribution centers, oil refineries, airlines, venture capital, railways, and more.

Armi has been a professional project management practitioner for more than a decade. His long experience in telco makes him a natural project manager with high-value project portfolio. He has been serving many national & multinational companies in various industries, especially in the area of telecommunication.
Armi holds PMP (Project Management Professional)® & PMI-RMP (PMI-Risk Management Professional)® certifications from Project Management Institute. And he is also certified in ITIL v3 Foundation (Service/Operation Management).
His cup of tea in delivering project management subject covers PMO, ITPM, construction, procurement, telecom service management, and management consulting.
To date, Armi has delivered countless project management workshop to various participants from various businesses & industries. As a practicing project manager with hands-on (non-consulting) project experience, it is easy for him to deliver project management workshop programs with real-case project sharing that our participants are keen to get in our programs.
Bronsen Wijaya is a skilled project director with extensive experience spanning 16 years in engineering for Oil and Gas plant service, high-rise building and Industrial Warehouse. He has a talent for implementing Project Management, Engineering, and Business Awareness in a synergistic manner that enables him to deliver effective and efficient outcomes, even in new business ventures.

Cornelius Steven Sanjaya is a highly skilled professional with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry. His expertise includes project management, data center management, infrastructure implementation, and IT service management. Cornelius has worked with various reputable companies, and he has been successful in delivering projects on time and within budget.
With his educational background in computer science and various certifications, including ITIL v3, PRINCE2, and PMP, have equipped him with the skills and knowledge to lead IT projects to successful completion. His project management skills combined with his proficiency in IT service management and infrastructure implementation make him an insightful facilitator in his classes.

He is a practicing project management professional with speciality in institutional development and professional development projects. He is currently an Advisor for Dcolearning representing Formasi Accoladia group.
Indra is a certified PMP with experiences in the areas of program management, PMO, operation management (HR, marketing, procurement & legal), business development, business analysis, and business process development & improvement.
His hands-on (non-consulting) project and program portfolio include projects/programs in education and consulting for national and regional groups.

Mohamad Sidik (Sidik) is a professional project manager and consultant with strong portfolio in risk governance & compliance in IT, business analysis, ITPM, compliance audit in financial institutions, and Scrum/Agile. He has long experience in managing projects at financial institutions including banking and insurances.
He is a certified project manager with PMP® certification from Project Management Institute.
His strengths in communication, public speaking, and presentation skills have made him well-accepted and highly-commended by our program participants. His hands-on experiences managing projects, both as designated project manager and project consultant, enable him to share project experiences in various scenarios.
He is one of our facilitators who delivers PMP preparation virtual classes with participants from many companies and industries.
Mohamad Sidik is one of Dcolearning's PMI Registered Certified Instructors.

Rizal is a seasoned project manager with high technical, interpersonal, and business skills; and have been taking part as one of our facilitating team for years. He is a PMP-certified project manager who holds MCSE, CCDA, and CCNA certifications.
His project management portfolios cover ICT & Telco infrastructure, PMO, Banking, Program Management to name a few. He has managed projects and programs with various scope, both national and regional projects. His last assignment was a senior project manager at a multinational software company, managing numerous virtual project team members across the globe.
His cup of tea is in people management, communication skills, consulting, and people development when managing his projects and programs. With more than 14 years in project management sectors, Rizal has developed strong experiences in businesses, IT Solution, IT Infrastructure, ITPM, PMO.

He has proven experience in leading teams, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering successful outcomes for various projects. Resha's proficiency in project management and risk management has enabled him to deliver results that meet the expectations of his clients.
