Aisha Allen is the Vice President of Culture, Engagement, and Inclusion at OhioHealth. In this role she serves at the Chief Diversity Officer. Aisha joined OhioHealth in 2017 where she has held leadership roles leading change management and learning (clinical and non-clinical). At OhioHealth she also serves as an internal executive coach to high-potential leaders. She brings a unique and diverse background that includes organizational development, executive coaching, human resources management, business process consulting, and program management. Aisha has held leadership roles in large organizations including Cardinal Health, Accenture and Nationwide Insurance. Aisha is passionate about community service and is currently serving as a board member for the Children's Defense Fund-Ohio and United Schools Network. She is a past board member for the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio and the Women's Fund of Central Ohio. Aisha is a skilled coach and facilitator. She obtained her coach training through Hudson Institute of Coaching. She holds an Associate Coach Certification from the International Coach Federation. Brian Jepson

Brian Jepson, FACHE, is the president of the Central Market, which includes OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital, OhioHealth Grady Memorial Hospital, OhioHealth Doctors Hospital and OhioHealth Grove City Hospital, Pickerington and Westerville Medical Campuses, as well as the OhioHealth Free-Standing Emergency Department network. In this role, he guides the operations and strategic development for the hospitals and the market. Previously, Brian served as the president for OhioHealth Riverside Methodist. Prior to joining OhioHealth, Brian was the president of Rochester General Hospital, in New York and executive vice president and chief operating officer at Metro Health Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Morris Hospital and Healthcare Centers in Morris, Illinois, and vice president of Professional and Support Services at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster, Ohio. While at Metro Health, Brian was named to the Grand Rapids' "40 under 40" list by the Grand Rapids Business Journal. Brian earned a master's degree in Healthcare Administration and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University. He is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves on numerous community and health care boards which includes One Columbus, the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board, and the Upper Arlington Foundation. Carrie Harris-Muller - SVP

Carrie Harris-Muller is the senior vice president, and chief population health officer for OhioHealth. In this role, she leads overall strategic direction for population health initiatives, including the development of prevention and wellness programs to lower risks for patients and improve overall health outcomes. She oversees the system's care management efforts and its post-acute care programs and division, as well as OhioHealth's Clinically Integrated Network and Accountable Care Organization. She is also responsible for OhioHealth's business-to-business strategies focused on delivering healthcare solutions to local employers through the OhioHealthy Health Plan and OhioHealth Employer Services. Carrie is a highly accomplished and nationally recognized healthcare leader with more than 20 years of executive experience in health plans and health systems. With her deep experience on both the payer and provider aspects of healthcare, Carrie brings a unique perspective to the OhioHealth executive team. Prior to joining OhioHealth, she was a corporate executive with Molina Health Care in Long Beach, California, where she was responsible for multiple health plans and the Molina Medical Group. Prior to that role, she served as chief administrative officer for Kaiser Permanente Hospitals and Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic Region where she had accountability for the health plan and integrated care delivery. She has also held executive leadership positions with Tenet Healthcare Corporation, Vanguard Health and the Detroit Medical Center. Carrie earned her bachelor's degree from Madonna University and a master's in Healthcare Administration and Public Health from Central Michigan University. She is a graduate of the Kaiser Advanced Leadership Program at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard. She is also a certified managed care executive by the American Association of Health Plans where she participates as a mentor and adjunct lecturer. Carrie is passionate about community service and has served in leadership roles with the Girl Scouts of America, Susan G. Komen Foundation and volunteers at the Mid-Ohio Food Bank in Central Ohio. She currently serves on the board for NCHL (National Council of Health Leadership), Infinix, Herzing, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way in Central Ohio. Carrie and her husband, Brad, reside in Delaware, Ohio, with their daughter, Hannah, who is a law student at The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.

Cheryl Herbert

Cheryl Herbert is the senior vice president of regional operations. In this role, she oversees our relationships with managed hospitals and works on integration of hospitals who join the OhioHealth family. She also leads several system-wide initiatives to improve overall efficiencies and costs. Previously, Cheryl served as senior vice president of Shared Services. She also served as president of OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital, where she led planning and construction efforts for the new Dublin-based hospital that opened in January 2008. Cheryl began her career as a registered nurse at St. Ann's Hospital and has worked in healthcare management for 30 years. She joined OhioHealth in 1998 when MedCenter Hospital in Marion merged with Marion General Hospital. At that time, she was president of MedCenter and played a key role in bringing that facility into the OhioHealth family. She then became vice president of OhioHealth Marion General Hospital and then served as president and chief executive officer of Morrow County Hospital in Mount Gilead, a managed hospital in the OhioHealth system. A graduate of Capital University in Columbus where she received a bachelor's degree in Nursing, she also has a master's degree in Business Administration from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. She serves on several boards in the community.

Curt Gingrich

Curt Gingrich is a board certified family physician and currently serves as President, OhioHealth Marion General Hospital. Curt completed medical school at the Ohio State University College of Medicine followed by a family medicine residency at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital. He then practiced in rural Indiana for six years prior to returning to OhioHealth and the Columbus community in 2001. In 2001, he assumed the role of associate program director in the Family Medicine residency program at Riverside Methodist Hospital. During this time he received the teacher of the year award four times and also served as chair of the Department of Family Medicine from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, he became the executive director for Medical Education and the Designated Institutional Official at OhioHealth Grant Medical Center. In this role, Curt was responsible for the accreditation and operations of four ambulatory patient care sites, the hospital medicine service line and 11 training programs. Most recently, Curt served as vice president of Regional Medical Affairs leading Medical Affairs, Utilization Management, Patient Safety and Quality for five OhioHealth hospitals in central Ohio. In addition, Curt he served the co-chair of the OhioHealth system Opioid Task Force. The task force has worked to organize, prioritize and collaborate with other community organizations to impact appropriate opioid utilization and prescribing for OhioHealth and the communities served. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Deanna and they have two children. He enjoys a good cup of coffee and organizing short-term medical mission trips to coffee villages in Chiapas, Mexico.

Cynthia Latney

Cynthia Latney joined OhioHealth in June 2021 as our Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Executive. In this role, Cynthia is responsible for organizing, planning, directing and evaluating all nursing functions and patient care services for OhioHealth. She works with nursing leaders and other clinical partners to drive consistency in care and ensure an exceptional experience for every patient in our system. Her diverse experiences as a healthcare executive provide her with unique perspective in leading change, expanding programming, improving clinical outcomes, and building diverse and highly functioning teams. Prior to joining OhioHealth, Cynthia served as Senior Vice President of Nursing Business Operations for Jefferson Health, an academic health system with ambulatory sites serving southern New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area. Cynthia previously held multiple leadership roles at Centura Health in Denver, including regional chief nursing officer, chief nursing executive and chief transformation officer, as well as various leadership positions at Hospital Corporation of America in Aurora, Colorado. Cynthia spent much of her early career in cardiac critical care nursing. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Master of Science in Nursing Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix, where she is currently a candidate for a Doctorate of Health Administration. In 2017, Cynthia was recognized by Becker's Hospital Review as one of the Top 60 CNOs to Know. She currently serves on the advisory board for Capella University and has been a board member of the Colorado Center of Nursing Excellence, the Community College of Aurora Foundation, the Community College of Aurora Council, Southern Colorado Women's Chamber of Commerce and Colorado Organization of Nurse Leader-Director of Southeast District.

John McWhorter joined OhioHealth in July 2020 as our Chief Operating Officer. In this executive management role, he is charged with successfully developing and executing the strategy for growth and assuring the organizational vision is linked to operations. John has responsibility for operations for central Ohio and regional hospitals, nursing, shared services, customer ease and access, and lean strategy. His extensive operational experience and success in leading in highly complex and matrixed environments are key to advancing our mission at OhioHealth. Prior to joining OhioHealth, John served as Chief Operating Officer for Baylor Scott & White Health in Dallas, Texas, and prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of their North Texas Division. John previously held leadership positions with St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Methodist Hospitals of Dallas. He received a Bachelor of Science in finance from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and both a Master of Healthcare Administration and Doctor of Science in Health Services from University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is involved in multiple faith and charitable mission ministries and recently completed a six-year term on the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Board of Directors. John resides in New Albany, Ohio, with his wife, Suzanne. They are involved with the New Albany Presbyterian Church.

Johnni Beckel - SVP

Johnni Beckel was named senior vice president and chief administrative officer for OhioHealth in September 2020. In this role, she provides executive leadership in the areas of Human Resources, Sustainability, Information Systems, Marketing and Communications, Mission and Ministry, Security and Protective Services. She is accountable for all core people processes including the evolution of our "world class" culture that has become a key differentiator for OhioHealth with over 35,000 associates, physicians and volunteers. Her role ultimately strengthens OhioHealth's ability to deliver the best quality of care to our patients and the community through the strong engagement of our physicians and associates. Prior to joining OhioHealth, she held key positions leading global human resource, talent management, and organizational development efforts in the hospitality, retail, entertainment, restaurant, financial services, and health care industries. Ms. Beckel completed her undergraduate degree at Pennsylvania State University and her graduate degree at the University of Central Florida. She is Six Sigma Black Belt certified, and serves on the Boards of Directors for the Health Transformation Alliance (HTA) and the board of White Castle, and is Board Chair of Goodwill Columbus.

Joy Bischoff

Joy Bischoff is president at OhioHealth Hardin Memorial Hospital and also serves as chief nursing officer and vice president of Patient Care Services for Marion General and Hardin Memorial Hospitals. Joy has been an inspiring leader at OhioHealth since 2003. After holding various clinical leadership roles she was promoted to chief nursing officer of Hardin Memorial Hospital and then at Marion General Hospital in 2014. In her most recent role as chief nursing officer she has led several projects that have enhanced the patient experience and expanded access to care for the communities she serves. Joy has vast knowledge of health system operations and is a strong financial steward. Her multi-disciplinary leadership approach has enabled her to unite physicians, nurses and ancillary services to provide exceptional patient care delivery focused on quality and safety. Joy holds a master's degree in Nursing from Walden University and a bachelor's degree in Nursing from Ohio Northern University, having first earned her associate degree in Nursing from Lima Technical College. With a passion for developing leaders, Joy holds current professional affiliations with Ohio Northern University and Marion Technical College as an Advisory Board member. She has also held the role of Adjunct Clinical Nursing Professor for Ohio Northern University and Rhodes State College. Karen Morrison

Karen Morrison serves as President, External Affairs and Senior Vice President, OhioHealth. She has been with OhioHealth for over thirty years serving as a health care executive, attorney and lobbyist currently leading the enterprise strategy for external relations including community relations, corporate reinvestment, community health and wellness and government affairs. She manages the local, state and federal advocacy strategy for the enterprise and is an experienced leader in health care public policy. In her role as the Foundation president, Ms. Morrison provides executive fundraising leadership to advance the philanthropic mission of the enterprise and she oversees all aspects of the Foundation's strategic operations. Ms. Morrison is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Advisory Board's Philanthropy Council. Additionally, she is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and The Links, Incorporated, serving on its national executive council for three administrations. Ms. Morrison was recognized as one of the "12 Women You Should Know" by Women for Economic and Leadership Development. She was featured in Columbus C.E.O., highlighting her accomplishments as an influential, executive business leader in Ohio. Ms. Morrison was honored as a 2016 YWCA Woman of Achievement. Kevin Lutz

Prior to that role, Dr. Lutz served as vice president of Surgery and Anesthesia at Grant. Dr. Lutz started his medical career at Grant where he completed his podiatric surgical residency. Mike brings nearly 30 years of healthcare finance experience. He previously served as the System Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at ProMedica Health System in Toledo, Ohio. Mike also served in various roles earlier in his career. At WakeMed Health and Hospitals in Raleigh, North Carolina and Parkview Health, Fort Wayne, Indiana, he served as an Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer working in Budgeting, Revenue Cycle, Managed Care and Treasury. He was also assigned oversight for Reimbursement, Occupational Health and Real Estate. He has worked at the facility, regional and corporate level and has experience in for-profit, not-for-profit, small, rural facilities and large, complex tertiary hospitals. Michael Krouse

Michael Krouse serves as OhioHealth's Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer. Prior to assuming his current role in mid-2017, he also served as OhioHealth's executive leader for Clinical Support Services and the organization's Process Excellence and Project Management areas from 2015 to 2017. Before joining OhioHealth, he spent 20+ years in prior healthcare executive roles at UW Medicine, First Consulting Group, E&Y and Arthur Young in the Pacific Northwest. He carries the unique experience of serving as a restaurant entrepreneur early in his professional career. Michael is active on several boards. He is the board chair of Covail, a multi-industry partnership focused on cyber security and analytics. He is a board member of the Columbus College of Art and Design underscoring his passion for the arts. He is a board member of Ascension Ventures and serves as a limited Partner of Drive Capital's investment funds II and III. Michael also maintains active board advisory roles for several technology companies and is a past board member of the Columbus Children's Theater, board chair of the Central Ohio Information Exchange, and board member of the Ohio Health Information Partnership. Rev. Corey D. Perry

In his position as OhioHealth's vice president of Mission and Ministry, Rev. Corey Perry provides executive leadership for West Ohio Conference relations, pastoral care and clinical pastoral education, mission effectiveness and clinical ethics on all OhioHealth campuses. He also serves as a staff liaison to the Faith, Culture and Community Benefit Committee of the OhioHealth Board of Directors. Rev. Perry has worked in healthcare ministry for nearly 24 years in various capacities, including serving as a trauma/critical care/emergency department chaplain in a Level One trauma center, as well as, serving as a hospice chaplain and bereavement coordinator. He was an inaugural director of OhioHealth Dublin Methodist Hospital, overseeing issues of accreditation, risk management, patient safety, education, case management, discharge planning, social service, pastoral care, and several other operational areas before being asked to oversee Clinical Ethics for the OhioHealth system. Rev. Perry earned his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and his master's degree in divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He also holds a law degree from Capital University. In conjunction with his duties at OhioHealth, he is also a clinical assistant professor of Law with Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and is an elder in the West Ohio Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church.

Rob Cercek

Rob Cercek is the president of OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital, the largest hospital in the OhioHealth system. In this role, Rob leads the operations and strategic development for the hospital in conjunction with the system Rob sits on three OhioHealth joint venture boards and is the executive co-sponsor of OhioHealth's Sustainability program, where he leads the organization in efforts to reduce its environmental footprint. Rob has more than 28 years of experience during his healthcare career, which began at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Rob left Ohio in 2000 and moved to Denver, Colorado, where he held positions with Banner Health and Diversified Radiology. In 2008, Rob joined Rochester Regional Health in upstate New York and held the positions of vice president of ambulatory services, vice president of hospital operations, President of Newark-Wayne Community Hospital and Clifton Springs Hospital before being named the President of Rochester General Hospital, the flagship of Rochester Regional Health. Rob and his family moved back to Ohio in 2016, and prior to joining OhioHealth, he was the executive vice president of Physician Enterprise, Regional Operations and Population Health at TriHealth in Cincinnati, Ohio. Rob earned a master's degree in healthcare administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toledo. He is also a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is active in his roles as a board member for Lifecare Alliance and the American Heart Association. He enjoys spending time traveling with his family and mentoring new leaders. In addition, Rob enjoys exercise, fishing, photography and being on the water.

Shereen Solaiman - CHRO, SVP

Shereen is accountable for all core people processes including the evolution of our award-winning and nationally recognized culture. Her role ultimately strengthens OhioHealth's ability to deliver the best quality of care to our patients and the community through the strong engagement of our physicians and associates. Shereen has been part of OhioHealth since 2010 and previously held the role of vice president of HR strategy and business enablement. Shereen provided partnership to HR Centers of Excellence to deliver quality succession planning, organizational design, and performance and leadership development. Prior to joining OhioHealth, she held key positions leading human resource, talent management, and organizational development efforts in retail and financial services. She completed her undergraduate degree at Ohio University and her graduate degree at New York University. Stephen E. Markovich - CEO, President

Stephen E. Markovich, MD, brings a unique blend of knowledge and experience to his role as president and chief executive officer for OhioHealth. In addition to being a healthcare executive, he is also a physician and military leader. After earning a Doctor of Medicine degree, magna cum laude, from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, Dr. Markovich completed his residency in family medicine at Riverside Methodist. He has practiced as a family and emergency physician at Riverside Methodist and served as clinical assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at The Ohio State University. Dr. Markovich also served as president of OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital and before that held a variety of roles at Riverside Methodist, including chief operating officer, vice president of clinical services, associate medical director, and associate and assistant director of the Family Practice Residency program. He served as Senior Vice President for Acute Care Operations overseeing OhioHealth's central and regional hospital operations, home care, nursing, inpatient case management, trauma leadership, shared support services, transfer center, and safety and security. Most recently, he served as executive vice president of OhioHealth, until assuming the role of president and CEO in July 2019. In addition to his career in medicine, Dr. Markovich has a laudable military career. He retired from his role as a major general and Commander of Ohio's 5000 member Air National Guard in December 2018 where he focused on strategic planning, force development and the development of future missions. Prior to that, he held a number of positions, including the Ohio Air National Guard's chief of staff and the State Air Surgeon, the senior medical officer responsible for integrating state and national Air Guard leadership with all medical units within the state. With an extensive military background, Dr. Markovich has logged more than 2,000 flying hours as a fighter pilot, completed three overseas deployments to the Middle East and has led the development of the medical-response task force that responds to medical disasters in the State of Ohio. Dr. Markovich is also a teacher, author and national speaker. He has been active on several boards, including JOBS Ohio, the United Way of Central Ohio and the Simon Kenton Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a diplomat on the American Board of Family Practice and a member of the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Markovich earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from Wright State University in Dayton. He lives in Dublin with his wife and three children.

Sue Jablonski is passionate about the power of "brand" when it comes to business strategy and culture. Since 2008, she has been leading those efforts for OhioHealth as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer. Laser focused on pushing the boundaries of creativity and strategy, she and her team direct their energy towards connecting with internal and external stakeholders and creating relationships that make a difference and help the organization achieve its goals. Their work follows all kinds of paths: marketing, digital transformation, reputation management, user experience, internal communications, public relations, events, sponsorships, media relations and any other channel or avenue that makes sense. Her career has included 17 years at The Ohio State University Medical Center where she was Chief Communications Officer and Associate Vice President. Prior to joining Ohio State, she held marketing communications positions with Hewitt Associates, The Toledo Hospital, and Owens Corning Fiberglas. Sue serves as a board member with Experience Columbus and Diabetes Youth Services. She also serves on the Franklin University Communications Advisory Board and maintains many professional affiliations including the Public Relations Society of America, the American Hospital Association's Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and the American Marketing Association.

Terri W. Meldrum, Esq., joined OhioHealth in 2002 and is currently the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. Terri is responsible for leading a team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day legal representation of OhioHealth and its 30,000 associates, 700+ multi-specialty physician medical groups, 13 hospitals and numerous healthcare facilities, and joint ventures. She is also responsible for management of the system's risk management department, enterprise risk management function, crisis and disaster planning, self-insurance program and captive insurance company. Terri received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University in 1990 and her Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1993. After graduating from law school, she served four years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Business & Government Regulation section of the Ohio Attorney General's Office, until moving to private practice in the healthcare department of Taft, Stettinius & Hollister. In that capacity, she represented physicians and physician groups in all aspects of healthcare, corporate and regulatory law. Terri received the prestigious 2019 Business First Most Admired Executive award and was a 2020 Women WELDing the Way calendar honoree recognizing her as a female leader exhibiting a bias toward action and the promotion of women in the community. In 2005, she received the prestigious Business First Forty Under Forty Award and was also named to the list of Top Lawyers in Ohio by Business First several years running, and the Super Lawyer's Rising Star Award in 2007. She is a current member of the Columbus Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association and Ohio Women's Bar Association. She has been actively involved in community activities, including participating in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and formerly serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Ronald McDonald House Charities®, City Year Columbus, Columbus Children's Theatre, and Cristo Rey Columbus High School. Terri is a current member of the Board of Directors for the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, JewishColumbus, and the Board of Trustees for Columbus State Community College. She resides in New Albany, Ohio, with her husband and two daughters.

Tim Colburn

Tim Colburn was named the president of OhioHealth Berger Hospital in April 2019. In this role, he oversees the operations of the hospital, coordinating strategic direction, future development and community healthcare services in Pickaway County for OhioHealth. Tim was named President and CEO of Berger Health System in October 2009. Prior to being named as President and CEO of Berger Health System, Tim served in the role of CEO of Berger Hospital beginning January 1, 2008. Tim served as Corporate Vice President, Finance, Berger Health System from 2000-2008. Tim is an accomplished healthcare executive skilled in mentoring, strategic planning, and business development. He has a proven track record of effectively developing and implementing strategies. He has demonstrated the ability to take on additional and increasingly challenging responsibilities by quickly adapting to new assignments and industries. Tim is actively involved in community and business organizations. Currently, Tim serves as the Board Chair for Pickaway Progress Partnership, the County's economic development agency. Tim graduated with a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and earned his Master's Degree in business from Ohio University.

Vinson M. Yates

Vinson M. Yates joined OhioHealth in 1987 and currently holds the position of President of OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital and OhioHealth Shelby Hospital. Prior to his current role, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at OhioHealth and prior to that, he was the President of OhioHealth Grant Medical Center from 2010 to 2013, he worked with associates, physicians and leadership to develop a culture of collaboration and excellence. Before becoming President of Grant, he served in a variety of leadership roles in finance including Vice President of Finance at both OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital and OhioHealth Grant Medical Center. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare finance and operations, Vinson is a strategic leader with proven success in guiding results-driven initiatives and working across multiple areas and management levels to achieve strategic goals. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Ohio University. He currently serves on the Finance Committee for the Ohio Hospital Association and the board of the Richland Area Chamber & Economic Development. He also serves as a member of the Rotary Club of Mansfield. He has most recently served on the boards of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, LifeCare Alliance, and Columbus Speech & Hearing Center.
