Dr. Maginnis is a board certified specialist in Removable Prosthodontics. A graduate of Loyola University School of Dentistry in New Orleans and the Graduate Prosthodontic Program of the University of North Carolina School of Dentistry at Chapel Hill, he established Baton Rouge's first private Prosthodontic practice in 1973. In 2014, he received the Louisiana Dental Association Distinguished Service Award for his years of work in organized dentistry.
