My medical practice, Valley Health Care, closed permanently 4/21/2020. Patients were notified per state of Georgia Medical Board protocol and were given up to six months to obtain their medical records, well over the required 30 day minimum that applies to practice closure. Unfortunately, it is now not possible to provide medical records for former patients. I have no control of the situation and have had to deal with this reality. Believe me, if I could provide the records, I would gladly do so.
