Doutrich Homes is a family-owned custom home building and remodeling business located in Paradise, PA. We have been in the quality home building business for over 45 years! We strive to design and construct a quality product at an affordable price... Doutrich Homes is a Home Builder in Lancaster PA and Remodeling Contractor... Ruth and her husband built a home for themselves on her father's farm when Ruth was 21 years old. In 1961, they were married and moved into this home in Paradise Township. In the following year, they built two more houses and sold them. They received requests to build more custom homes. And after a time, Ruth and her husband decided to pursue this business venture- Doutrich Homes, custom home builders. Since the very first efforts in 1959, Doutrich has built over 2,500 homes, bringing to many people the reality of their dreams and plans.
