Leveraging and updating our paperless system, DocCentral, and ensuring Keller Williams compliance makes Danny an integral part of our Operations team. Danny supports the listing and buyers team with drafting contracts, disclosures and ensuring all files are compliant and have proper signatures. In addition to his administrative duties, Danny is also responsible for posting of payments to our Property Management accounts and office inventory. Always one to help out, Danny never hesitates to assist and fill in for team members when necessary. Outside of the office, Danny enjoys the outdoors, basketball and running.
Dave is the "feet on the street" for our team. When selling or buying a property, there are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes such as posting open house signs, installing lock boxes, obtaining estimates and meeting with contractors and appraisers. Dave does all of this in stride and also delivers packages to clients and partners. His extensive experience in field work and customer service while working as a manager and installer for Time Warner makes Dave a great liaison between our clients and our partners. Dave enjoys playing basketball and volunteering with local kids charities.

As Director of Sales with the Elizabeth Do Team with Keller Williams Realty, Ryan is responsible for agent production, training and accountability. In addition to still producing, he is also in charge of growing our REO portfolio and managing these relationships. Executing on his duties requires him to develop agent scheduling for prospecting and lead gen, training for skill building to increase conversion ratios and tracking activities to ensure goals are met. He is committed to Team growth and individual agent growth while still maintaining a high level of service to his personal and team clients.
Ryan earned a Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Fullerton majoring in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. Ryan's specialties: Working with sellers, buyers, investors, multi-family, REO/Corporate Clients, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and has an in depth knowledge & experience with Real Estate Financing. He is well rounded in all aspects of real estate and is the perfect advisor for any real estate need.
Valerie has over 10 years of real estate experience in transactions ranging from residential to commercial. She has done over 550 transactions throughout this time. Valerie is a graduate of Life Pacific College in San Dimas and prior to becoming a realtor she has over 20 years of experience in the financial and accounting industry in the corporate world of top corporate firms in administrative management. This has given her invaluable financial accounting and management experience and has well positioned her as a forerunner in her real estate career as she envisions the full spectrum of the real estate process and financial aspects. In her spare time, Valerie, an avid Lakers' fan, loves to travel, explore new cultures, ride her motorcycle and spend quality time with friends and family whenever she can.
