THE ELEX GROUP

ELEX was established in 1974 as an independent leasing company whose purpose is to provide capital equipment financing for industrial, commercial and financial organizations within the continental United States. The company started as The Equipment Lease Exchange, Inc. An expansion in the 80s brought about the birth of The ELEX Financial Division and The ELEX Leasing Division followed by the consolidation to The ELEX Group, Inc. in the early 90's. Our focus has always been middle market transactions with a specialty in the computer/technology industry. Over the years we have expanded our portfolio to include all types of equipment, with the exception of rolling stock. In addition, we have established our Application Only Program for small ticket transactions...
