- Senior Electrical Engineer
Energy Services LLC, a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc., is a comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm supporting its customers for the entire life cycle of their power generation plants.
Andrew Lynch develops and executes turnkey EPC projects for Energy Services LLC.
Andrew brings over 30 years of electrical power industry experience and has held positions as Field, Consulting, Construction, and Manufacturing Engineer prior to his role at Energy Services. His expertise lies in electrical system studies, equipment selection, field installation, testing, and commissioning of generator and electrical equipment.
With Energy Services and affiliated companies for over 20 years, Andrew has worked on designing, protecting, and interfacing power plants. Andrew has customized and adapted systems to meet customer and utility-specific requirements.
Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the SUNY Maritime College and a U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marine license for operating Steam and Engine power plants. He was commissioned in the U.S. Naval Reserves (USNR) as Lieutenant (retired.) He received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (concentration in Electrical Power) from the University of Hartford. Andrew is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Connecticut and New York.
Eric Rojas develops sales strategies and facilitates execution plans for Turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects for Energy Services LLC.
Prior to joining Energy Services in 2018, Eric spent eight years at PW Power Systems as Sales Director and Customer Support Manager. His Aerospace and Energy Industry experience spans more than 30 years and includes roles in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.

Jim is a registered Professional Engineer who holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from California State University, Northridge.
John Henderson is responsible for engineering and operations activities at Energy Services LLC. Since joining the company in 1992, John has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Engineer, Project Manager, Principal Engineer and Chief Engineer. John has extensive field engineering experience gained while supporting the installation and commissioning of over 5,000 MW of installed power.
Prior to joining Energy Services, John worked on the design of propulsion plants for the Seawolf and Virginia class nuclear attack submarines. He is a licensed U.S. Merchant Marine Officer who served in the Persian Gulf War and he was a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Naval Reserve (USNR). John also completed basic airborne training with the U.S. Army.
John is a Professional Engineer (PE) licensed in several U.S. states. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering Systems from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, and Masters of Science degrees in Management and Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Raul Pereda has served as President and CEO of Energy Services LLC since 2017. He also serves as President and CEO of Mitsubishi Power Aero LLC and Executive Vice President of Mitsubishi Power Americas Inc. These synchronous roles provide him with a holistic view of all three companies' initiatives, resources, and capabilities, and provide Energy Services LLC with greater capacity to provide cost-effective, comprehensive customer solutions.
Raul has held positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career, which spans more than 35 years in the gas turbine industry. His previous roles include Engineering, Sales, and International Business Development.
Raul is a graduate of the DoD's Defense Systems Management College and he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami, and a Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Raul is also Chairman of The Salvation Army Greater Hartford Area Services Advisory Board.
