Amanda started in the liquor industry managing a promotional company. Gaining much experience in event coordination and social media she decided to change gears. Amanda has been titled Director of Social Media and Marketing. Her goal is to ensure top quality social media by using her design experience she has been perfecting since childhood. Amanda also works on our 3D imaging that we feature on our website. When Amanda is not working with us she is a pole dance instructor and aerial performer.

Lauren is a licensed esthetician who attended New York Institute of Beauty in 2018, she has a passion for skincare, and always loves to learn new things in the cosmetic industry to expand her knowledge as much as possible. She worked as a Cosmetics Specialist for seven years in Harmon Face Values until their company closed, and she was so grateful to find an opening here at Epstein Plastic Surgery. She loves seeing our patients every day and helping them book their appointments and makes sure they always receive Alle points for all their treatments and lets them know about upcoming offers. Lisa graduated from Stony Brook University and started her medical assistant training in the emergency department immediately finding a strong liking for the fast pace, however she then discovered her love for plastic surgery on a Medical Mission to Ecuador. I have been Dr. Epstein Surgical Patient Coordinator since 2010. Having worked in the medical field for many years, I started out as a reception service specialist and was promoted to Surgical Patient Coordinator. As Surgical Patient Coordinator, I am the person who will be your host: greeting you during your initial telephone call or email inquiry, assisting you in scheduling a surgery date, guiding you through any tests or consultations you may require until your surgery day. I am available to you to answer your many questions and concerns and serve as a liaison between you and Dr. Epstein and the other staff members.
If you live out of town, I will assist you in finding comfortable local accommodations and anything else that you may require while you are here. I believe in providing concierge service to our patients.
It is my job to be there for the patient as often as is needed. I will listen carefully and provide you with specific educational materials that will help you make an informed decision. Once you make the decision to go ahead with the surgery, I am there to guide you through the process both before and after surgery. It is always my pleasure to assist each and every one of our patients in anyway possible to make every cosmetic journey a memorable one. Michelle graduated from Hunter Business School in 2015 and received her Medical Assisting diploma while making the National Technical Honor Society. She has been a Medical Assistant for about 9 years and absolutely loves what she does and wakes up every morning excited to bring her enthusiasm into each and every day. She has a passion for helping others and guiding her patients through every step and ensuring their needs are being met. Renee joined us in 2020 after 15 years in law enforcement followed by five years in banking. As a patient coordinator, she provides outstanding customer service and excels in communicating and empathizing with all those of varying personalities - something she learned well in her former two careers.
