Cara is an experience Beauty Therapist, focused on customer care. Having started her beauty career in 2012, she then spent 2 ½ years in London working and developing her skills further. Cara has a passion for delivering great skin treatments, while focused on giving her customers great results. For Cara, it is about making a difference for her customers, as well as giving sharing her expertise on skincare and home care too.

Chelsea is responsible for the marketing communications at FAB Group. She is the point of contact for internal and external communications, including newsletters, social media, print and media.

Fleur brings over 12 years experience in the beauty industry. Her journey has taken her from a qualified Beauty Therapist to General Manager of New Zealand's largest Day Spa Group. In her previous role as Centre of Excellence Clinic and Training Manager, she enjoyed experiencing first-hand the remarkable difference Caci can make to women's lives. Now as Regional Sales Manager for Caci, Fleur is responsible for supporting Caci business owners and staff in achieving their business goals.
Fran has over 15 years experience in the skin and appearance industry. Her passion for exceptional customer service and empowering teams and culture ensures this is at the forefront of the FAB business.

Before starting with Caci in 2002 Hilary had over 20 years' experience as a Registered Nurse. In the last 15 years she has had many roles at Caci including Registered Nurse, Treatment Provider, Manager, National Trainer, Treatment Coordinator and has even owned a successful clinic. Hilary brings this wealth of experience to her role as one of our Franchisee Development Managers. She has a great understanding of the day to day running of a clinic as well as extensive knowledge and experience of what it takes to be successful.
Hugo has over 15 year's work experience as an Accounting Technician - Assistant Accountant. Responsible for accounts payable, cash flow reports, preparing fixed assets depreciation, prepayments, and accruals. Hugo also provides financial information by maintaining and reconciling accounts.

Jonelle has over 25 years experience working in varied retail management roles both here in NZ and the UK. These positions ranged from Regional Sales Manager, People & Development Manager (HR), and Operations/Business Manager. Her passion for people and her drive for engagement and results has enabled Jonelle to support her teams and their businesses to achieve great growth and success.
Kasey has been with FAB Group for over 5 years, joining with a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Film & Media.
She first began at our Caci Mt Eden clinic, having had multiple roles within the company since.
She is now at our Support Office in our Marketing team. In this role, Kasey works closely with all Caci clinics and customers around the nation. She also loves using her creative side, making videos and content for our many social platforms.

After 20 years as a hairdresser Linda wanted a change, and completed a Beauty Therapy Degree. Linda's role at Beauty Distributors is to educate clients and stockists on the Murad skincare range, and help stockists run successful events. She believes that with a simple regime, everyone can look fresh and amazing. The most enjoyable part of her job is making a difference to people's lives. "I understand how bad skin can affect one's confidence, this is where I feel I can make a difference."

Lyndal has worked in hospitality and customer care, which took her all over the world. She is an experienced nurse with a background in Community Primary Care & Acute Hospital environments. Lyndal has a great eye for detail and has a gentle calming nature, which enables her to build great relationships with customers. Lyndal is passionate about providing the best service possible to all customers to help them look and feel amazing.
Martina has come from a management role in the retail sector and has over 30 years of customer service experience. At FAB, she's part of the MSL team, which handles all direct debit responsibilities for Caci.
In this role, Martina is responsible for all client enquiries and direct debit processing and she works closely with the Caci Clinic teams and their clients to provide excellent service.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Marketing, and has been part of the Caci marketing team for over 5 years.
Melissa is responsible for implementing brand and marketing strategy across the Caci group, along with looking after brand design nationwide. She is the first point of contact for Caci franchisees and works closely with them to activate local marketing promotions. She thrives on coming up with fresh ideas that get results and working with her like-minded team.

Julian Lofts is one of New Zealand's leading cosmetic surgeons. Julian works full time in private practice in Remuera, specialising in cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery, body and face surgery as well as offering minor surgical procedures including skin cancer and melanoma removal.
Julian has extensive experience with the Biodimensional® system of implants for reconstruction patients and recommend a range of implants including Polyurethane coated breast implants for cosmetic patients, while working alongside patients to ensure their expectations are met.
My team and I provide the full range of cosmetic options including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lifts (mastopexies), male breast reduction (gynaecomastia) and breast reconstruction for women undergoing complete or partial mastectomy. In addition to breast surgery, I also offer facial rejuvenation options including facelifts, blepharoplasties (eyelids), otoplasty (ear surgery) and neck lifts.

As General Manager, Penny's role and responsibility firmly lie in the overseeing and performance of the franchise network.

Following 11 years in Account Management and Senior Sales Management, Tania joined the Caci family as a Treatment Coordinator, working in one of our highest volume clinics based in Wellington. There, she was able to utilise her experience and develop her skills further. She gained a real passion for the beauty and appearance industry, and enjoyed being part of a fantastic brand that focuses on results and meeting clients expectations.

Taryn has been in the beauty industry for over 18 years and with FAB Group for 9 of those years, her passion is to bring skin confidence to people and ensure they feel comfortable in their own skin.
Taryn's experience in the industry has involved working in the UK, Australia and here in New Zealand. All her experience has lead her passion down the results driven treatments path and how to push the limits to achieve the desired outcome.
Along Taryn's journey, she found supporting her peers and sharing her knowledge rewarding, this unfolded a passion for teaching and drive to encourage others to learn more and continue learning.
Her role as National Trainer and Clinical support enables her to help grow and support our talented Beauty Therapists along with their own career journeys.
Wendy is an incredibly experienced accounts clerk and has been with FAB Group for over six years. Prior to this she worked for Fuji Xerox for nine years in Accounts Receivable/Payable. Wendy is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and royalty invoicing.
Prior to joining Fab Group, Yasmin spent 12 years with PwC working in both Auckland and Sydney offices where she predominantly worked on outsourced CFO engagements.
As CFO, she is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the Group. She is passionate about the Caci brand and growing its success nationwide.
Yasmin has a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
