Donetta Batson

As Legal Secretary for the firm since 2003, Donetta assists with all of the Matrimonial cases, and with Estate, Trust & Guardianship litigation. She is also involved with other projects such as intakes of new clients, calendar scheduling, etc. Donetta graduated from Essex County College, Newark, in 2001 with an Associates Degree in Legal Assistant Studies and is an active member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries of the Essex-Union County Legal Professionals Association. When you meet Donetta you will see she has a calming influence on everyone around her, an attribute appreciated by clients and attorneys alike.

Holly Rivera

Holly joined our staff in 2012 as an estate planning paralegal, responsible for the preparation of estate planning documents. She is responsible for managing the staff, the systems, the premises, and everything in between. Holly is bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoys translating for our Spanish speaking clients. Prior to joining the Firm, Holly worked in the areas of criminal and family law in Central Florida. Holly is a member of the Board of Trustees of Athletic Advance, a soccer ministry that serves youth in the U.S. and Latin-America, and also serves as a volunteer for Women Aware in New Brunswick.

Irene Quesada

Irene joined the Firm in August 2009 as a Legal Assistant responsible for processing Medicaid applications. Prior to joining Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg Marinaro, LLC, she worked for Bank of America where she developed excellent organizational skills which lend merit to her abilities in assembling and filing Medicaid applications. Irene's dedication to her position and the rapport she has established with the various financial institutions and County Boards of Social Services enable her to provide personal assistance and guidance to each client as they maneuver their way through the Medicaid process. In her free time, Irene helps her husband manage their family-owned restaurant in Union and enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, family and friends. Irene is bilingual in Greek and English.

Jean Zimmer

Jean started with the Firm in July 1999 and currently assists all the attorneys with scheduling appointments as well as monitoring all guardianship proceedings. A graduate of New York City Community College with an AAS degree as a legal secretary, she worked in the legal field for many years prior to joining us. Jean is an active volunteer in the community and is known as "a terrific baker." Jean sits on the Board of Directors of her synagogue and assists with the daily operations of the synagogue.

Lauren S. Marinaro

Lauren S. Marinaro strives to be a champion of the rights of the elderly and disabled. She is a Partner at the Firm, focusing on Elder and Disability Law matters including Estate Planning, Legal Guardianship, Medicaid Asset Preservation Planning, Medicaid Fair Hearings, Estate Administration and Estate and Fiduciary Litigation. She also handles real estate sales. She has been in practice since 2006. In 2007, Lauren became the first person in the country to earn an L.L.M. (Masters of Law and Letters) in Elder Law, from the University of Kansas. Lauren earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Public Affairs and Politics from Rutgers University and her J.D. from the University of Kansas. She is a popular speaker, who enjoys speaking at Community, County, New Jersey State Bar and National Academy of Elder Law Attorney (NAELA) events on a wide variety of elder and disability law topics. Lauren is a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Elder Law for 2010-2017, Super Lawyer in Elder Law for 2019-20, past Chair for the New Jersey State Bar Association's Elder Law Section and past President of the New Jersey NAELA chapter. Lauren is currently co-chair of the NAELA Public Policy Steering Committee, and a Member of the NAELA Board of Directors.

As the Firm's Probate and Fiduciary Services Assistant, Lin's responsibilities include all estate administration (probate) files and all cases in which an attorney at the firm is serving as a trustee, Executor/Administrator, Guardian of Power of Attorney. She manages multiple client accounts for estates and trusts, making sure all bills are paid on time. She also assists the Medicaid Assistant and Probate Paralegal contacting insurance companies, banks, and stock companies. Linda graduated from Union Catholic High School, Scotch Plains, in 1982, where she studied business and art. She earned a certificate in computers from the Academy Business School and then gained office and law experience for a several years before staying at home to raise her children. In her volunteer time, she is currently an officer of the Carteret High School Band Parents' Association.

Tiffany C. Jacobs

Tiffany C. Jacobs became employed by Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg Marinaro, LLC on September 2, 2003 as Legal Secretary to Linda S. Ershow-Levenberg, Esq. She began managing the Social Security Disability cases for 10+ years; and now she currently manages the Fiduciary and Estate Planning cases, provides administrative support to the Firm, and provides secretarial support with initial new client intakes, calendar scheduling, various typing projects for Ms. Ershow-Levenberg's lectures and articles, and various other secretarial duties. She is an active member of the National Association of Legal Secretaries and the Essex-Union County Legal Professionals Association. Ms. Jacobs graduated from Linden High School, Linden, NJ in 1992 as a Business Honor Roll student. She attended the Business Co-operative Education Program which included working part-time as a Legal Assistant at Schering-Plough Corporation, Kenilworth, NJ. She obtained her Legal Office Specialist Certificate in 1993 at The Cittone Institute, Edison, NJ. She worked as an Assistant Legal Secretary for 10 years in Personal Injury Law. She later moved to Elder Law at Fink Rosner Ershow-Levenberg Marinaro, LLC.
