She has a passion for writing and all social media platforms - digging deep to craft her clients' brand stories and then amplify them to the right audiences.

Clint Wright

As a digitally focused marketing communications professional with over 15 years' experience, Clint is a customer centric marketer and strong leader. He has a diverse range of expertise innovating his client's approach to marketing and digital strategy development, social media, creative content development, online advertising, website development (including conversion rate optimisation), search engine marketing and analytics. Clint has delivered digital marketing goodness to a range of industry sectors including property, retail, tourism, Clint is now an executive level marketing consultant and gun for hire with the proven experience in helping his clients understand their customers and finding the best ways to engage and influence them with the right blend of creativity and technology.

Hayley Paul

After travelling around Australia with her family for 12 months, Hayley is embracing life on the Sunshine Coast and brings a wealth of wisdom and experience to our service offering, thanks to her background in Human Resources and Business Administration. Before becoming our "jack of all trades", Hayley owned and managed her own small business where she set the furnishings industry on fire with her colourful and creative custom-made cushions. The broad skills required to run a small business are put to good use with us, where Hayley assists with PR & marketing campaign coordination and keeps us all on track administratively. Throughout her career Hayley has worked with a diverse range of clients including large corporates through to small businesses, rolling out large scale HR activations with Qantas and Panasonic, to tackling the books at a local kindergarten.

Helen Perry

Hailing from the isle of the south - Tasmania - Helen brings a wealth of brand and marketing experience to the table. Starting her career as a designer, she now uses this creative knowledge and her branding expertise to create great strategies, ensuring marketing tools are both functional and fabulous. Helen enjoys the diversity of her work, which has included everything from a national media launch for a ‘designer dunny' competition to managing national product launches with Australian Geographic. She is equally comfortable working at a grass roots level of a project as part of a team, as being the strategic and leading creative force executing marketing and community engagement plans. She is passionate about finding a business's key point of difference and developing strong, engaging marketing and PR campaigns that connect with audiences on an emotional level. Helen has her IAP2 Certificate in Engagement and the last five years have seen her steering a range of interesting community engagement projects such as Sunshine Coast Show Holiday Options, "Are you really OK to drive?" campaign and the Green Cities Feasibility Study. She also regularly conducts research in the form of focus groups, community meetings or surveys for clients such as the Sunshine Coast Solar Farm and Bli Bli State School. Helen is a great connector of dots - bringing together networks, facilitating workshop sessions, uncovering a client's point of difference and delivering fresh ideas. Her not-so-secret passion is the arts.

Kim Baldwin

Being a Sunshine Coast local for many years, Kim brings a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, project management and stakeholder engagement, working in a variety of roles in both private and public sectors. Kim has been fortunate to work across various industries including education, tourism, fitness, health, retail and media, for a range of great brands including Channel Seven, Westfield, TAFE Queensland, Visit Sunshine Coast, Queensland Health and Jetts Fitness Australia. Kim holds a Bachelor of Business with a specialisation in Marketing from Queensland University of Technology as well as formal qualifications in project management, management and sustainability. Having previously worked in both strategic and operational roles and having acquired a diverse skill set through working in marketing, communications and project management positions, Kim is a great all-rounder and loves working on corporate communications and tackling projects to achieve great outcomes for clients. Kim is well connected in the Sunshine Coast community and looks forward to working with new clients as part of the team at Fresh PR & Marketing. Outside of work hours, Kim is a keen traveller and adventurer having tackled Mt Kilimanjaro, the Kokoda track and the Everest trail and has her sights on one day, conquering the 7 seven summits of the world!

Mark Chapman

As a long-term piece of the Fresh furniture, Mark is the experienced hands and mind behind the beautiful and engaging visuals we produce for our clients. With qualifications in design and social science/psychology, Mark's creative approach is far from stock standard. With a firm understanding of how the visual component of communication has deep-seated emotional value in enhancing the communication power of a brand or campaign, the design process is firmly focused on creating material most effective in engaging the audience in the most memorable way - not just making stuff pretty. Print, digital, multimedia? Mark's career and experience covers the full spectrum from traditional graphic design to publishing to digital properties across retail, corporate communications, not-for-profit organisations, education, government, construction/development and small business. With a career in design and multimedia roles, he has also lectured in design and art, previously founded and ran a design agency in Brisbane, launched a publishing company on the Sunshine Coast and is currently one of the directors of Horse & Water Branding and Creative.

Maya Gurry

Bringing international in-house public relations experience from Volkswagen in South Africa; and Marks & Spencer and Trustmarque International in the UK, Maya has a keen understanding of how best to work with in-house teams to provide the support required, while always operating within corporate guidelines and respecting brand principles. Having managed consultancies in the past she understands better than anyone how valuable it is to have an external perspective on industry trends and PR opportunities. This, combined with her extensive hands-on consultancy experience since establishing Fresh in 2004, has given her a valuable skillset equally transferable across metro and regional markets. Her strategic approach has seen the award-winning consultancy grow from strength to strength delivering marketing and PR campaigns for a diverse range of clients across a number of industries. Maya has become a valuable advisor to many long-term clients including Sunshine Plaza, the Queensland Garden Expo, McNab, the Sunshine Coast Business Council, Unitywater and charities such as Wishlist. Her extensive media network, understanding of the 24-hour news cycle and ability to deliver stories that are interesting, relevant, original and above all ‘fresh', see her get exceptional results for her clients. Maya is a former Chair of the Sunshine Coast Major Events Board, that advises Sunshine Coast Council in regards to attracting major events as a mechanism for economic growth in the region and still sits on the Working Group. She loves a good spreadsheet when planning her own events to the nth degree, and doesn't run away from the hard stuff like crisis and issues management - in fact she kind of loves it!
