This site has been put together to assist in the Opportunity we are presented with... In 1996 while testing the Cerberus Robot for the Windsor Ontario EOD team. To protect that Robot the Idea for the bomb bag was born. Early 2004 Jeff Toycen and Robert Musgrove filed an initial patent for a Variable Containment Vessel or Bomb Bag. This was followed up with a formal Patent application later in 2006.
