Sarah's love for sustainable foods stems from a lifetime of gardening in the Great Lake State of Michigan. Her love for food and community engagement has driven her across the globe from the Golden Temple community kitchen in Amritsar, India to vineyards in Colchagua Valley, Chile and most recently to a sustainable development conservation in the Peruvian rainforest. As a graduate of the University of Michigan in Global Health and Sustainable Food Systems, she is excited to put her knowledge into action in growing access to fresh, real food throughout Mendocino and Lake Counties.
