Bill Stephens

Bill Stephens is a longtime resident of Ruffin, South Carolina. He proudly offers medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services at the Georgia Sin & Cancer Clinic Hampton and Walterboro offices. He attended The Citadel, Charleston South Carolina completing his BS Education in 1989. Bill graduated from Medical University of South Carolina College of Medicine in 1999 with his BS Physician Assistant. He completed his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies 2006 through University of Nebraska Medical Center, College of Allied Health Professions. He has 19+ years medical experience, and is dedicated to the communities in which he serves. Bill served through the South Carolina Army National Guard from 1984 through his retirement in 2007. His extensive training and service included Advance Trauma Life Support. Combat Casualty Care and Tactical Combat Medicine. He is passionate about community service to include his involvement with volunteer health screenings. Relay for Life and the Bethel United Methodist Men's Club as well as a Children's Fellowship Leader at Bethel United Methodist. When not at Georgia Skin & Cancer Clinic, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters. His hobbies and interests include boating, hiking, and sporting clays.

Dr. Richard Parker

Dr. Parker received his Economics/Pre-Med undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He attended medical school at the University of Saint Eustatius, and performed his medical residency at Mercer - Memorial University Medical Center in Savannah, Ga. Dr. Parker enjoys providing care to patients at Georgia Skin & Cancer Clinic Jesup and Waycross clinical locations. His focus is on general medicine and surgical dermatology. Dr. Parker provides dermatology care to patients of all ages. He believes in building strong relationships with patients.

Dr. Sidney P. Smith

  • DERMATOLOGIST / CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Our clinic's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Sidney Smith has been working in this field of medical specialization since 1995. Dr. Smith attended undergraduate school at Georgia State University and the Medical College of Georgia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and served as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (Medical Honor Society). He attended Vanderbilt University School of Medicine for Internal Medicine training and completed his Dermatology Residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham Medical Center. He then completed his Fellowship for Mohs Skin Cancer Surgery at Ohio State University Department of Otolaryngology. Dr. Smith currently resides in Savannah, Georgia with his wife and has three children; a son and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family, kayaking and walking at the beach.

Robbie Marshall

Robbie Marshall is a Family Nurse Practitioner that is native of the Savannah area. He provides care the encompasses the total patient with a focus on patient education. Robbie feels that the best way to treat a patient is through building a strong patient/provider relationship through thoroughly listening to the patient concern and by involving the patient in the treatment plan. Robbie currently provides care to patients in Savannah, Rincon and Richmond Hill. He treats patients of all ages for dermatology concerns. He is a certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider and Basic Cardiac Life Support Provider. Robbie is married and has a blended family of five children. He is very dedicated to his family and enjoys being active outdoors. Robbie is involved in Cross Fit and fitness.

Tony Canfield

Tony Canfield is a Physician Assistant that cares for patients of all ages. He currently provides dermatology services at Georgia Skin & Cancer Clinic Brunswick, Statesboro, and Savannah office locations. Tony graduated from South University. Masters of Physician Assistant Studies. He has an extensive background in primary care. He continued his training in dermatology and has been providing care for patients at Georgia Skin & Cancer Clinic since 2013. He is dedicated to providing the best overall experience for his patients. He grew up in Savannah and currently resides in Richmond Hill with his wife and three children. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
