Eric Mendez

Job Titles:
  • CAD Designer
Mr. Mendez graduated from the University of Hartford in 2018 and studied Architectural Engineering. Mr. Mendez is a CAD Designer with nearly a decade of experience across a variety of sectors. He has worked on a variety of designs from Educational facilities, Design build projects, commercial/ Industrial designs, and now is expanding into amusement park structures and site planning. Mr. Mendez is working alongside our Registered Architect supporting on a variety of Amusement projects specializing in 3D modeling and rendering.

Jesse E. Grossman

Job Titles:
  • Civil Engineer
  • Engineering Manager
Mr. Grossman is a Civil Engineer with 25 years of detailed experience in the areas of civil, structural and geotechnical engineering. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1990 and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of New York. Prior to that, Mr. Grossman served a term of duty with the US Army as a technical weapons specialist. Mr. Grossman is actively involved in almost all of our engineering projects on a day by day basis. He is responsible for providing technical direction and project review to the entire GGE engineering staff. In addition, he also consults on subsurface investigation plans and reviews input on field activities and investigation findings. Mr. Grossman is a member of ADSC, ASCE, AISC and ACI.

Katherine Bednarz

Ms. Bednarz is a Civil Engineer with nearly a decade of experience in civil and geotechnical engineering. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Hartford in 2018. Prior to joining Glynn Group, Ms. Bednarz spent time in both municipal and remedial fields. Ms. Bednarz supports the team at Glynn Group as a Project Engineer. Her primary focus involves foundation designs for various projects along with residential geotechnical evaluations and basement stabilization designs.

Kyle Jablonski

Job Titles:
  • Project Engineer
Mr. Jablonski joined Glynn Geotechnical Engineering in June 2014 after working for Crawford & Associates Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. as a Staff Engineer in the Structural Engineering Group, where he was involved in structural design of high-end residential and historical building renovations. He earned his degree in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University in 2013 with a concentration in Structural & Architectural Engineering. Mr. Jablonski made a seamless transition to working on various projects at GGE involving the design of structural plans and foundations for buildings and amusement attractions.

Shelly Burley

Job Titles:
  • Office Coordinator
Shelly Burley is our Office Coordinator with over 25+ years of experience in Office Management, Executive Assistance, Marketing, Purchasing, Recruitment, Payroll and Human Resources. Shelly is the office ambassador of good will to our clients and business partners. Providing operations support to the staff, she is responsible for our bookkeeping, document management and maintaining vendor orders. Shelly spends her time outside of the office with her family and doting on her grandbabies.

Vadim Fedorishin

Job Titles:
  • Project Architect
Mr. Fedorishin graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Architecture in 2014. Mr. Fedorishin is a Project Architect with a decade of experience in the architecture discipline involving a wide array of project types. Responsibilities have included the design of commercial office space, manufacturing buildings, residential architecture, amusement park structures, site design & planning, code analysis and review, implementation of ADA guidelines, construction administration, structural design, civil design, project design management, and management/coordination of project consultants. Mr. Fedorishin is a Registered Architect in New York State.
