With more than 20 years experience in organic agriculture, Amy's passion for farming began in a food crops course in college. After several years of agricultural internships and running a CSA, she co-founded Greener Partners in 2008, where she continues to pursue her passion for educating people of all ages about growing their own food.

Atiba is a Philadelphia native who has been connected to urban agriculture in Philly for 15 years. Atiba leads our innovative farm-to-school program, the Farm Explorer, and Healthy School Project activities in West Philadelphia.

Floey brings to Greener Partners a background in biology, sustainable agriculture, and education. She believes in the power of education and loves igniting a passion for food, health, and the great outdoors in others. In her spare time, she enjoys practicing guitar, gardening, and memorizing the scientific names of random plant species.
Jeannette served as a consultant and volunteer with Greener Partners before joining as development director. She has a passion for fundraising that spans nearly 20 years of work with a variety of health and wellness nonprofits. She loves connecting people and organizations to make programs possible. She is inspired by Greener Partners' unique ability to create spaces for outdoor education and healthy food hubs. When she isn't fundraising, Jeannette is the mother of two active boys, she writes children's books, and oil paints.

Led by a desire to advance an equitable and environmentally sustainable alternative to our industrial food system, and a need to reconnect with the earth, Jen found her way into organic farming in 2011. Along the way she discovered the power and transformative joy of community-grown food. Jen broke ground at the Deaver Wellness Farm in 2014, and has been growing with it ever since. Although she loves growing nourishing food for all humans, Jen's secret pleasure is flower gardening.

Jenny‘s 6 years of organic farming developed her passion for sharing healthy and delicious food with students and their communities. She is a master at encouraging young people and adults to make connections between thriving plants, diverse ecosystems, and healthy food choices - tying together science,

With an environmental science degree and a year in the FoodCorps, Jess brings her passion for growing and eating nutritious food to her Farmer/Educator position. Jess leads our innovative farm-to-school program, the Farm Explorer, and Healthy School Project activities in Philadelphia.

Jon helped to launch the Farm Explorer's mobile program in 2013 and seeks to engage students in all stages of the food cycle. Since his time in the Peace Corps, Jon has led workshops on plants, herbs, soils, nutrition, and farm ecosystems.

Juan is an accomplished bilingual professional with a strong educational background and over 10 years of diverse expertise in the field of agriculture and environmental sciences. He holds a master's degree in plant science from Delaware State University, where he gained in-depth knowledge and advanced research skills in the realm of soil science. With a wealth of experience and a passion for agriculture, environmental sustainability and social sector engagement, Juan aims to continue to make significant contributions to the agricultural sector and local communities as Montgomery County Program Manager for Greener Partners.
Since her start with Greener Partners in 2009, Meg's unwavering loyalty, passion and commitment to strengthening community health through fresh food access, education and sovereignty has led GP to where it is today. As Greener Partners' Executive Director, Meg has been vital to guiding our growth from a single school garden project to programs in over 100 schools that impact upwards of 10,000 youth annually.

With a degree in Sustainability Studies and a passion for food sovereignty, Mia brings years of experience in organic growing, advocacy, and education to her role of Montgomery County Healthy Schools Project Educator/Coordinator. She strives to integrate environmental health with community health in all Healthy Schools Project programs, empowering others to make food and lifestyle choices that are joyful, nutritious, and sustainable.

Shan Wichmann has been working within the Philadelphia food system for nearly 10 years. Their experience of working on organic diversified vegetable farms, coupled with working in food retail gives them a unique perspective on the current structure of the food system and a passion for doing what they can to improve the way fresh food circulates in and around urban environments. They strive to connect people to how their food grows, and view food as a tool to build community. In their position of Farm Manager at Deaver Wellness Farm they connect patients facing food insecurity with fresh food, as well as assist the Farmer/Educator in ensuring that Deaver serves as an immersive education experience for a diverse audience.
Zach has a rich and diverse background in education with experience as a farm educator and teaching in outdoor classrooms. With a degree in theater and early childhood education, Zach particularly enjoys weaving art and theater into youth-centered programs. As a Farmer/Educator at Deaver Wellness Farm, Zach assists Breah in ensuring that Deaver Wellness Farm is a vibrant, living classroom as well as a sustainable fresh food resource for Lankenau Medical Center patients experiencing food insecurity.
