Jeannette served as a consultant and volunteer with Greener Partners before joining as development director. She has a passion for fundraising that spans nearly 20 years of work with a variety of health and wellness nonprofits. She loves connecting people and organizations to make programs possible. She is inspired by Greener Partners' unique ability to create spaces for outdoor education and healthy food hubs. When she isn't fundraising, Jeannette is the mother of two active boys, she writes children's books, and oil paints.

Jen Malkoun

Led by a desire to advance an equitable and environmentally sustainable alternative to our industrial food system, and a need to reconnect with the earth, Jen found her way into organic farming in 2011. Along the way she discovered the power and transformative joy of community-grown food. Jen broke ground at the Deaver Wellness Farm in 2014, and has been growing with it ever since. Although she loves growing nourishing food for all humans, Jen's secret pleasure is flower gardening.

Since her start with Greener Partners in 2009, Meg's unwavering loyalty, passion and commitment to strengthening community health through fresh food access, education and sovereignty has led GP to where it is today. As Greener Partners' Executive Director, Meg has been vital to guiding our growth from a single school garden project to programs in over 100 schools that impact upwards of 10,000 youth annually.

Shan Wichmann has been working within the Philadelphia food system for nearly 10 years. Their experience of working on organic diversified vegetable farms, coupled with working in food retail gives them a unique perspective on the current structure of the food system and a passion for doing what they can to improve the way fresh food circulates in and around urban environments. They strive to connect people to how their food grows, and view food as a tool to build community. In their position of Farm Manager at Deaver Wellness Farm they connect patients facing food insecurity with fresh food, as well as assist the Farmer/Educator in ensuring that Deaver serves as an immersive education experience for a diverse audience.

Zach Cone

Zach has a rich and diverse background in education with experience as a farm educator and teaching in outdoor classrooms. With a degree in theater and early childhood education, Zach particularly enjoys weaving art and theater into youth-centered programs. As a Farmer/Educator at Deaver Wellness Farm, Zach assists Breah in ensuring that Deaver Wellness Farm is a vibrant, living classroom as well as a sustainable fresh food resource for Lankenau Medical Center patients experiencing food insecurity.
