Annelise Hitchman

After a software development career, Annelise decided to join Hitchman Fiduciaries and established a clear definitive succession plan. Employing diverse personnel is what makes Hitchman Fiduciaries great, and Annelise enjoys being a part of the team's daily problem solving. With an analytical background and attention to detail, Annelise began administering many of the company's matters. Annelise has enjoyed witnessing the differences the Hitchman team makes in others' lives. Bethlehem Hitchman

Beth began working with Hitchman Fiduciaries in 2017. She is an office assistant for the firm and provides outstanding client support, as she responds to client requests and provides general office duties and clerical support.

Brett Hitchman

Job Titles:

Brett began his career working as a clerk with Hitchman Fiduciaries in 2016 and his position was elevated to Professional Fiduciary, when he was licensed in March of 2017. Brett also oversees many of the day-to-day operations for the company. Brett learned first-hand from his parents, Bruce and Lee Ann Hitchman, what it takes to be a successful fiduciary and business owner. He has experience with a variety of cases-from producing complex fiduciary accountings-to trust administration with special needs' beneficiaries, general trust, and probate estate administration. Brett has a great deal of compassion and dedication for clients, as does the entire Hitchman Team. Brett's passion is to help guide cases and clients toward stability and a better future. Together as a team, Brett and the Hitchman Team have created a welcoming, family-like environment and this plays a significant part in the number of referrals the firm receives from law firms and others. Bruce Hitchman

Bruce began his professional career working as a securities trader for First Interstate Capital Markets, Inc. focusing primarily in fixed income securities. Bruce's position with First Interstate soon migrated to a position in London, where he led the trading desk for U.S. government securities. After working in London for four years, Bruce began a position with California Federal Bank in Los Angeles. He then continued to work in Los Angeles for the next eighteen years serving in capacities such as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President for the Treasury for several banks. In 2008, Bruce decided to join his wife in her new, expanding business as a Professional Fiduciary. Bruce has now been with the firm for over ten years. He is co-principal of the firm and oversees work product quality, all while managing a large caseload himself. Bruce's incredible work ethic and dedication help establish Hitchman Fiduciaries as a premier group. Bruce strives to produce focused and highly personalized services to Hitchman Fiduciaries' clients. Education Bruce attended California State University Long Beach and graduated with a Bachelors' Degree in Geology. Later, he graduated from the University of Southern California, where he obtained his Masters of Science in Business Administration. Bruce also obtained certificates in Professional Fiduciary Management for Conservators and Trustees from California State University, Fullerton. Daniel Skene

A valued team member since 2011, Daniel is one of the original members of the Hitchman Team. Seen as the "glue" that holds the office together, Daniel acts as office manager and oversees many of the day to day interactions with our clients. As a result, he is often seen as the voice of Hitchman Fiduciaries. Daniel's strong work ethic, attention to detail, and availability to always go the extra mile for the people he works with is a testament to those lessons. Daniel finds great joy and fulfillment in helping others and strives to create meaningful relationships through all his client interactions. By doing so, Daniel enhances the family-like environment that separates Hitchman Fiduciaries' from other companies. Education Daniel attended Canyon High School but ultimately took the Intendent Study route and graduated high school at 16. He is currently enrolled in educational courses and is working toward obtaining a California Professional Fiduciary License.

Lee Ann Hitchman

Lee Ann Hitchman, Founding and Senior Partner, began her fiduciary practice in 2005 performing pro bono work through the Unbefriend Elderly program in Orange County. From these humble beginnings, Hitchman Fiduciaries now consists of nine employees including several family members. Lee Ann's personal philosophy is to focus on a person's specific issues they may be facing during a very difficult season in life, as well as addressing their specific estate issues. This compassion and more holistic approach has led to a successful fiduciary practice over the years. Life experience and diverse career opportunities have equipped Lee Ann to develop the specific skills needed to address the needs of trust administration. While expertise and technical skills are extremely important, the fiduciary business is really all about people and their unique situations including families, settlor, beneficiaries, and vendors. Lee Ann and her team have created a culture of compassion and respect that separates their services from many others. Lee Ann's passion is to help those who come to the firm in need and to provide a safe place for them to manage the changes in whatever form that takes - death of a settlor, incapacity of a settlor, settlement fund for someone with special needs. In her role as a Senior Partner, she has created a welcoming and family-like environment and this plays a part in the significant number of referrals the firms receives on an ongoing basis. Education Lee Ann attended California State University Fullerton and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics. After working a few years as a software developer, her company sponsored her to attend University of Southern California where she earned an MBA. Recognizing the value of real-word business experience, Lee Ann worked full time while complete graduate school. Rafael Chavez-Giron

Rafael began with Hitchman Fiduciaries in 2016 after working for a financial institution for over 19 years. He has since began working with Special Needs Trust, after obtaining his license as a California Professional Fiduciary in July 2017. Rafael works together with other professional fiduciaries within the organization and assists with diverse day-to-day activities. Rafael also works with Spanish-speaking clients, helping them to understand the terms of the trust and guiding them in their communication with attorneys and other professional fiduciaries. Education Bachelor's degree - Accounting Gradute degree - Finance Technological University of Mexico, Mexico City Professional Associations Orange County Bar Association Professional Fiduciary Association of California California Licensed Professionsal Fiduciary Rafael has been married for 25 years and he and his wife have two teenage sons. He is a sports fan and especially loves football. He also enjoys coaching soccer and has been a volunteer coach in the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) for over 12 years.
