Inez M. McBride is a native of San Antonio, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1983 and her J.D. degree from St. Mary's University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 1991. She was licensed by the State Bar of Texas in 1991 and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Western and Southern Districts of Texas. She is a member of the Bexar County Women's Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Labor and Employment Law Section, San Antonio Bar Association, and Federal Bar Association. Ms. McBride is Of Counsel with the law firm of Holland & Holland, LLC. She has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1998. She has substantial experience in defending administrative and civil actions and enforcing non-competition agreements. She also provides clients with assistance in a wide variety of matters relating to labor and employment issues, such as, assisting with formulating, implementing, and enforcing policies, designing and delivering compliance training, assisting with hiring, discipline, terminations and layoff, facilitating risk management through compliance audits to identify and implement process improvements, negotiating and/or facilitating the negotiation of contracts, such as, executive employment contracts, consulting agreements, and temporary staff leasing agreements, protecting intellectual property rights through the creation of non-competition and confidentiality agreements, and preparing and enforcing arbitration agreements.

Mr. Holland is an owner of the law firm of Holland & Holland, LLC. He is also Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has a Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating. Mr. Holland is a member of the American, Texas, and San Antonio Bar Associations and has been a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Holland is a former Alderman for the City of Alamo Heights. He has extensive experience in the litigation and trial of employment-related claims and frequently speaks to various organizations on human resource and employment law topics. Mr. Holland also conducts supervisor training for various organizations on personnel-related topics such as sexual harassment and proper techniques for hiring, discipline and discharge.
