Bill Taylor is Senior Counsel and the Legal / Technical Director at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC.
Bill brings a wealth of past experience with him to Heritage. Bill previously worked as an Advanced Estate Planning and Business Planning Advisor for Fragasso Financial Advisors where he assisted financial advisors in uncovering their clients' estate planning and business succession needs as part of their holistic financial plan. Bill also worked with high net worth clients as a staff attorney at AYCO Company. This experience, along with his time with the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance and his experience providing Estate and Medicaid planning at a local law firm, have created an abundance of skills and knowledge that serve as a great benefit to our attorneys and clients at Heritage Elder Law.
Bill grew up in Framingham, Massachusetts. He joined the Army at 18, during which time he was stationed in Germany and Alabama. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, his Juris Doctor Degree from Western New England College School of Law, and his Master of Law in Taxation from Boston University School of Law. After law school, Bill moved to upstate New York and lived there for 12 years before moving to Pittsburgh. He enjoys running with his dogs and doing CrossFit. Bill is an avid sports fan and enjoys snowboarding, especially in Telluride, Colorado.

- Michael Butler
Brittany is an Associate Attorney at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC. and leads the Medicaid Department. She enjoys working with clients to obtain medical assistance while shielding their assets from rising long-term care costs. She also practices estate planning where she creates wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents.
Prior to joining Heritage, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Duquesne University School of Law and her Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University's John F. Donahue Graduate School of Business. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from The Pennsylvania State University where she majored in Psychology and minored in Human Development and Family Studies. Brittany is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, skiing, and exercising.

Jeffrey D. Banner is the owner of Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC.
Jeff is a Wartime Veteran. During his 15 years of combined service, he was assigned to the 1st Armored Division and in the 82nd Airborne Division as a member of the Long-Range Reconnaissance & Surveillance Detachment. This experience has given Jeff his passion for helping his fellow veterans find the benefits and services they are entitled to. Jeff received his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law and his Master of Business Administration from Duquesne University Donahue Graduate School of Business. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Slippery Rock University, majoring in Marketing.
Jeff's practice is focused on helping individuals and families plan for today and tomorrow. He takes special interest in helping his clients consider important goals during their life and how to achieve their wishes when they pass.
Michael is an associate attorney at Heritage Elder Law & Estate Planning, LLC. Before joining Heritage, he was employed with a firm for almost two years and had a general law practice with a focus on family law. Prior to entering private practice, Michael served as judicial law clerk for the Honorable Robert L. Boyer, Venango County Court of Common Pleas.
Michael received a joint degree from Regent University where he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law and a Master's in Public Policy from the Robertson School of Government. His undergraduate degree is from Liberty University where he majored in government/pre-law, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Michael is admitted to the bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; Venango County, Pennsylvania Bar; and has served in executive leadership roles in the Venango County Bar Association.
In his spare time, he enjoys reading (especially all things Lincoln and the Civil War), running, weight-lifting, and riding his motorcycle. He also loves a good pun.
