As the owners of this flat Simon and Martin aim to provide quality accommodation for quality tenants. The flat is clean and nicely decorated. The most important criteria are that landlord-tenant relations are good, that you can more or less get on with neighbours and that you will look after the place for us... We have refurbished the flat as if we were living there ourselves. There is plenty of storage in large fitted wardrobes and other cupboards, carpets & decoration are in very good condition and all facilities work properly. There is a good feel in the flat and previous tenants have all been sorry to move on.
