Jem Jewelers was founded in 1978 by Joseph Ermigiotti, a master bench jeweler and William Heinz, a diamond broker and jewelry wholesaler. At the time of Bill's retirement a young energetic Gemological Institute of America (GIA) Graduate Gemologist became Joe's partner. His name is Steven Petrillo.
