His experience working in the UK as a Structural Engineer includes the design and project management of multiple large-scale refurbishment, underpinning and basement projects. Craig's forensic engineering experience includes many buildings damaged by subsidence, landslip, collapse, fire, water and pyrite/mica.

Ian Kavanagh

He has a BSc degree in Structural Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Building Repair & Conservation from Trinity College Dublin. With 22 years of professional experience, he first worked as a Structural Engineer with a large multi-disciplinary firm, before working for specialist firms dealing with the investigation of property damage and casualty cases. Ian has acted as an expert witness in numerous High Court and Circuit Court cases.

Orla Kavanagh

Orla is the firm's Office Manager, responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm's accounts and administration. She has a BA degree in Business Management and 15 years of experience in management, marketing and sales.

Simon Griffin

He has a BEngHons degree in Structural Engineering and a Professional Diploma in Forensic Structural Engineering. During his initial 10 years working as a Civil & Structural Engineer he was responsible for the engineering design of many large and small projects, including some very large buildings when he was based in the Middle East. He has particular experience and qualifications in the design of safe structures, in the role of Project Supervisor Design Process. Simon has prepared over 1,000 technical reports into the causes of damaged buildings including multiple High Court construction litigation cases.
