Varanasi in Indian state of Uttar Pradesh dates back to 11th century BC and is one of the oldest living cities in the world, Also know as Kashi, this ancient city is known for its culture and a rich culinary traditions. At Kashi, we are inspired by traditional cuisine from all over India... We focus on maintaining the freshness and quality of our recipes, by using fresh herbs and grinding spices in-house and using our own spice pastes. The use of charcoal clay oven called tandoor, enhances the smokey flavour of the food. Chef Arun has been in the industry for the last 35 years, he is committed to providing authentic and hearty meals to our guests, very passionate about following traditional recipes from India...
