In 1996, LAD Companies was founded by Lee A. Dragna out of passion for repair work. Today, LAD has over 150 employees, three facilities throughout south Louisiana, and is continuing to grow. LAD specializes in New Barge Fabrication, Drydock, Dockside Repair, Marine Salvage and Structural Fabrication. However, LAD has assisted with some projects that are rather unique such as; assisting with rocket recovery for Space X, barge repairs and conversions for Space X, Demolition of Launch Station 39A in Cape Canaveral, BP oil spill recovery, and Puerto Rico Hurricane Relief. Here at LAD we are always up for a new challenge and specialty project, no matter how big or small... LAD Services is a full-service marine fabrication, repair, and construction company based in St. Mary Parish, Louisiana specializing in new barge and vessel construction.
