After a year and half of getting his feet wet and figuring out the pizza business, the building that is the current location of Lem's Pizza became available. Mark was able to purchase this property. And, after putting in a lot of elbow grease into gutting and remodeling the entire building, the new and expanded Lem's Pizza was opened in 1998.
