Waterford is the point of confluence for the Hudson and Mohawk rivers and the point where the Champlain and Erie Canals meet. McGreivey's has tried to honor the village's vibrant past with scenes of local locks and harbors decorating the walls. The "Waterford flight" of locks is one of the highest in the world.
