Bill Mitchell is a fully licenced building contractor and the managing partner of Mitchell Constructions. Bill commenced his training as a Carpenter and Joiner in 1979 with Central Coast based and long established commercial builders Beattie & Frost. During the course of his trade Bill received experience in all aspects of the industry from detailed joinery to general carpentry and construction work on the firms civil projects of the time. By the completion of his trade Bill had gained the highest marks through Gosford TAFE and was recognised by the Master Builders Association of N.S.W. for this achievement and also his continued studies in the Building Foreman Clerk of Works course to gain the qualifications necessary for his builders licence in 1986. After the completion of his studies Bill furthered his experience in the housing sector as a contract carpenter and leading hand and then in 1994 he commenced a four year period as a Project Manager/ Contract Administrator on commercial and civil projects on the Central Coast including the St Edwards College Technics Building, factories and commercial facilities and Brisbane waters Private Hospital's cardiac theatre and Intensive Care Facilities. In 1998, with 20 years of broad industry experience Bill saw renewed potential in the industry and re commenced trading with wife Racheal as Mitchell Constructions. Bill continues to manage the firm through their contract work and their own developments alike and now brings a high level of experience not only to construction but also the co-ordination of industry professionals, financiers and clients.

Racheal is the co-owner and licensee of Mitchell Constructions along with husband Bill. Racheal manages the day to day workings of the business including receipt and payment of all accounts, purchases, accounting, wages etc.
