Anna Kristine Lund

Anna has a journalism degree from Volda University College and a background from NRK P13, NRK P3 and VGTV. At NRK, Anna has worked on everything from creating music content for the web, producing the events "P3-aksjonen" and "Urørtfinalen", to working with development and research for the TV program "HAIK", conducting jury work for P3Gull and producing a lot of radio. Anna has also worked at Vrang Produksjon, which delivered the music program "Christine" to NRK P3, where in addition to producing the radio programme, she worked with a focus on social media and events. In VGTV, Anna has worked as a video journalist and producer for the programs "Panelet", "Voksenpoeng", "David og Oskar tar over verden" and "Harm & Hegseth". She has also worked with the development of new concepts, both for podcasts and TV. Carl Kristian Johansen

Carl Kristian leads the PR and communications staff in Music Norway, and is responsible for content production and dissemination of Music Norway's offer to our users, press and clients. Carl Kristian is also responsible for producing and ordering reports, knowledge and analyzes about the Norwegian and international music field, which form the empirical basis for Music Norway's strategic decisions. Carl Kristian has a background in cultural studies at the University of Southeast Norway, campus Bø, and worked as a music journalist before coming to Music Norway. Carl Kristian accepts inquiries from the press, and can be contacted for questions about reports and analyses, as well as tips for content in Music Norway's channels and platforms.

Helene Dolva Broch

Helen's journey in music life started via music journalism, and later promotion and marketing of Norwegian and international releases in record companies. Helene has a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Central St. Martins in London and Media Science from the University of Oslo. Helene has a background in Music Export Norway, and has developed and project managed multi-year export programs for music companies, organized master classes, songwriter workshops and trade missions. She has also worked purposefully to build up networks and knowledge in the field of synchronizing music for film and TV, and had a longer working stay in Los Angeles with this as a focus. Helene has had jury assignments for, among others, Spellemann, Innovation Norway and by:Larm. Helene heads the department for internationalization in Music Norway. The specialist department works with advice, development and implementation of competence programmes, projects and activities aimed at export and internationalization for and of music from Norway. The department develops methods and measures that strengthen the international competitiveness of music from Norway. Helene is also the point of contact for the advisory assignment Music Norway has for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Get in touch with Helene to talk about strategic ways to build on demand in the US and markets outside of Europe. After many years in the service of music exports, Helene has a good overview of what is going on, and can assist in connecting actors with overlapping interests. She can also contribute with contacts and introductions if you are the organizer of an international network arena for music, and make recommendations about relevant international meeting places. Helene is generally very interested in learning and sharing experiences about trends and mechanisms in the music industry that have an impact on the use of and interest in music from Norway.

Henning Askjer Lefsaker

Jennifer Gunn

Jennifer started in the music industry after completing her BA in music production. After years of working creatively with music, she found her place in the industry in the role of a manager, having worked with various artists in the studio and guided them in songwriting, which later evolved into guidance in multiple aspects of their artist development. In 2018, she moved to Bergen and started her own company, focusing on management, promotion, and booking for up-and-coming artists. In the same year, she was selected for Music Norway's Master Class, and started a job at Made Management. At Made, she worked with artists such as SKAAR, Moyka, SJUR, jens, ur Monarch, and others, with the primary focus on facilitating an international career. Since the autumn of 2021, Jennifer has been with Music Norway, where she uses her industry experience and network to advise on strategy and project manage export initiatives that strengthen the opportunities and international networks of exporters. Jennifer has a special focus on emerging markets and aims to connect international buyers and platforms with the Norwegian music industry. Based in Bergen, Jennifer will be present at Norwegian and international industry events throughout the year.

Kaja Bjørntvedt

Kaja has a background as a composer, pianist, music educator and project manager, with extensive experience in the cultural field both in Norway and internationally. She also has a great commitment to voluntary cultural life and wider representation within culture, and is the initiator and leader of the foundation Holmlia Kulturhavn. As an advisor and project manager in Music Norway, Kaja advises the art music field on international opportunities and networks, and is the project manager of international and Norwegian meeting places where it is important for the field to be present. Kaja is also project manager for KUPP, which is a development program for young composers. Roza Aghili Taslimi

Roza has a background in film studies from the University of the Arts in London, and started her career in the music industry as a club promoter, with the club and art concept Sweetcheeks. Through work with the club concept and participation in the Music Norway venture Endringsagentene/Agents of Change, she has built up extensive diversity expertise, and brings a broad set of perspectives into Music Norway in particular and Norwegian music life in general. Roza coordinates much of our activity at network festivals, both nationally and internationally. She is responsible for our international market supervisors, and ensures that our tools and instruments are connected with players in the Norwegian music industry. Roza keeps in touch with the club music community through participation in international networking arenas within the genre, and has also been involved in our mapping work on the African continent.
