Noah B. Tennyson is a shareholder at the Firm whose practice involves commercial and business disputes. He handles matters arising from contract negotiation and interpretation, including those involving interests held in a business, employment matters, condominium and homeowners' association issues, commercial evictions and foreclosures, and other business concerns. A "Double Gator", Mr. Tennyson achieved Book Awards in Trial Practice and Federal Rules of Evidence while at the University of Florida - Levin College of Law. He was also selected to intern for the Honorable Daniel T.K. Hurley, U.S. District Court Judge, Southern District of Florida. Mr. Tennyson began his legal career at the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Judicial Circuit, in West Palm Beach, Florida. Gregory Hyden is a shareholder at Nason Yeager. Mr. Hyden works in the litigation practice group primarily in the areas of land-use litigation, governmental litigation, probate litigation, guardianship and family law. Mr. Hyden holds a Juris Doctor degree from Florida State University. A firm believer in stewardship, Mr. Hyden supports many charitable organizations including the Palm Beach County Guardian Ad Litem Program where he serves as a pro bono Guardian Ad Litem, St. Gregory's Episcopal Church in Boca Raton and is active with the Palm Beach Preservation Board's 1878 series. Richard H. Levenstein is a shareholder at Nason Yeager. He practices in the area of complex commercial, civil litigation, physician and medical staff representation. Mr. Levenstein represents clients with business disputes, including actions arising from contracts or torts; his practice also has a heavy concentration in representing individual physicians, professional medical practices and the physician leadership of organized medical staffs around the State. He has successfully challenged the policies of major hospitals, and has won several substantial victories that have shaped the law to protect physicians and medical staffs. Mr. Levenstein is a Board Certified Business Litigation Lawyer and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He represents clients in state and federal court, and in administrative proceedings. Originally from the Bronx, New York, Mr. Levenstein earned his Bachelor's Degree in 1973 from Tulane University in New Orleans, and earned his Juris Doctor in 1976 from Tulane University Law School. He has practiced in the State of Florida since 1977, and has experience both as a sole practitioner and as a partner in several major firms. He practiced in Boca Raton for 18 years, before relocating to Martin County. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Levenstein is the founding President of the Justice Major B. Harding American Inn of Court and former President of the Martin County Bar Association. He has served on several Florida Bar Committees, and serves on the Board of many national organizations including the American Inns of Court Foundation, The Lawyers Committee of the National Center for State Courts and the American Judicature Society. She is a frequent speaker and author, having authored five articles in the Florida Bar Journal and six published ELULS Treatises. Ms. Resk represents both mortgagors and mortgagees in residential and commercial foreclosures, landlords and tenants in commercial and residential evictions, and both national and closely-held entities involved in disputes ranging from issues such as non-compete enforcement to derivative actions. Her experience also includes the representation of numerous automobile dealerships involved in consumer complaints. Born in Detroit, Ms. Resk grew up in Palm Beach County and studied ballet, jazz and tap, and continues to dance and perform in community productions.
