Cameron is a top-producing Vice President who specializes in new and existing multi-family properties, development, and land acquisitions in Oregon and SW Washington. Since joining Norris & Stevens in 2010, Cameron has excelled in creating significant value for his clients with his strong market knowledge, creative problem-solving and negotiating skills, and attention to detail. His extensive local experience stems from brokerage, management, development, and financing which allows his clients a full-service investment relationship.
With over twelve years of industry experience, Cameron works on 20-400+ unit market rate apartment properties in forty different submarkets in Oregon and SW Washington. Cameron knows that every deal is unique and uses a personalized well detailed plan to each opportunity. With his successful background in creating value through operations and brokerage, he is recognized as an industry leader in multi-family.
Cameron is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Commercial Association of Brokers (CAB). He also enjoys serving as a Salvation Army Advisory Board Member with Echelon.
Cameron is a native Oregonian who graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Regional Development in 2010. He spends his free time playing sports and enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
Charlie joined Norris & Stevens in 2013 after a distinguished career of 23 years with CBRE, Inc. He brings broad-based experience in sales and leasing as an office specialist. With past Asset Services responsibilities as well, Charlie has served clients as a Real Estate Manager.
Through a 28-year record of exceptional client support, Charlie's successful consultative and negotiating skills have provided property owners and tenants with the widest range of brokerage and management services. During his tenure he has represented over 500 tenant firms and 250 property owners in transactions totaling over 8,250,000 square feet, with a total volume of over $365 million.
Chase has twenty years of experience selling and managing multifamily properties with Norris & Stevens and is a three-time recipient of the "Sales Manager Award" for outstanding contribution and leadership. Prior to joining Norris & Stevens, Chase had over seventeen years of experience in development and construction of residential and multifamily properties.

David has called Oregon home for 15 years, relocating from Michigan to work for Amazon. As an avid golfer, he spent 12 years lending his knowledge and experience as a professional caddie at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. His course connections landed him a year working for a world-renowned golf resort in New Zealand and also Scottsdale, Arizona. David enjoyed how caddying allowed him to guide his clients to make informed decisions based on the various situations and challenges each game presented.
After graduating from Portland State University in 2014 with a degree in Real Estate Finance, he worked for one of the nation's largest real estate investment brokerages. His detailed and organized mind set drives his success with clients. David's unique skill set allows him to work well with many different types of personalities and abilities. He understands the importance of patience and takes a lot of pride in networking and building relationships. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, exploring the outdoors and travel.

A native and lifelong Oregonian, Doug started his professional career as a news reporter after earning a degree from the University of Oregon. He developed strong interpersonal skills and a firm understanding of the values of Portlanders while working in local radio and TV for more than two decades.
That research and communications-based background provides Doug with a detail-oriented skill set that is invaluable when it comes to meeting the needs and expectations of his clients.
Doug lives in North Portland with his wife of 23 years, Kristen, and his daughter. He enjoys the variety of riches that living in the Northwest affords and can be found working on home game nights with the Portland Trail Blazers.
Duane Link has over 18 years of successfully representing Landlords and Tenants with portfolio management, transaction representation, consultation and advisory services. Combined with his prior background in managing, marketing and programming radio stations, Duane specializes in strategic real estate solutions for office owners, tenants and investors. His knowledge of both sides of the transaction provides him a unique perspective. He brings a well- rounded background in business, marketing and real estate to your situation.
Duane was named Norris & Stevens' "Office Broker of the Year" for 2018, marking the 5th time in 8 years he has earned that award. In 2019, Duane was recognized for having the most transactions closed for the 4th year in a row.
Elissa joins the Norris & Stevens retail team after administering the Columbia Gorge Outlets in Troutdale, OR for The Woodmont Companies. As Office Manager for this large retail property, Elissa provided customer relations, tenant management, accounting, marketing, and vendor management. She uses these same management, organizational, and customer relations skills to guide her retail tenants and owners towards the best solutions to suit their needs.

As a Senior Broker and Vice President of Industrial Properties with Norris & Stevens, Gabe has provided brokerage services for hundreds of clients across the trucking and manufacturing industries, as well as assisting clients in solving their industrial yard space needs. Additionally, he has worked with a number of clients in the cannabis industry.
A fourth-generation Portlander, Gabe has a passion for the growth of the city - he believes deeply in its potential, particularly when it comes to Portland's vast landscape of industrial and commercial properties.
For Gabe, trust is key. He is deeply committed to helping clients find solutions that are genuinely right for them. Whether he's representing tenants, helping businesses purchase their first commercial property, negotiating leases, assisting with subleasing and the sale of industrial space, or locating additional warehouse space to fit a current business' needs, Gabe's priority is ensuring clients find the best fit to suit their needs. Where others simply see a warehouse, Gabe sees the future.
A natural people person, Gabe has always enjoyed being active and engaged in his community. Gabe graduated from Jesuit High School before attending University of Oregon, where he majored in business and economics. While a student at U of O, he was president of his fraternity, a member of the lacrosse team, and an active member of the campus' Jewish community. Gabe's current community involvement includes being a member of the Multnomah Athletic Club, active in Temple Beth Israel, and is on the Bnai Brith golf committee.
Prior to Norris & Stevens, Gabe worked at Medical International, where he honed his natural communication skills and gained sales and cold-calling skills, which are invaluable to his role as an industrial broker. Since starting at Norris and Stevens in 2016, Gabe has consistently proved his ability to broker a variety of deals while fostering client relationships built on trust. In 2022, he was promoted from Senior Broker to Vice President at the firm.

Greg is one of the most respected industrial real estate professionals in the marketplace. He brings energy and organizational skills to accomplish his client's goals. Jake was born and raised in the Portland area and attended Northern Arizona University, where he received a BS in Business Administration. Before joining Norris & Stevens, Jake worked in the film industry as a freelance accountant for companies like HBO, Netflix, Amazon, and Apple. Jake's experience in the film industry taught him how to budget, analyze data, and problem solve for multi-million dollar projects. Jake is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and spends his free time snowboarding, rock climbing and rafting.
