Dr. Catherine Caulfield is CEO & co-founder of Ovagen and former CEO of Biological Laboratories/Charles River Laboratories Ireland. Catherine is responsible for leading the operational development of the business at Ovagen. Her business acumen has guided the company through its earlier research stages and now plays a key role in commercialization. Catherine was the co-founder of Biological-Laboratories Europe Limited (BioLabs). In BioLabs Europe with a team of enthusiastic, committed and professional staff, Catherine spearheaded the development of the company. She held management positions ranging from Quality Manager to CEO, a position she enjoyed for 14 years. As CEO, BioLabs revenue increased by over 800% and when the company was sold in 2002, Catherine was pivotal in the successful integration of the new structure, having responsibility for the strategic, financial and operational leadership of the business. Dr. Caulfield has held many Board Memberships including the West Regional Board of Enterprise Ireland, The Irish National Accreditation Board (INAB), The National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI), and The Irish Council for Science Technology and Innovation (ICSTI). In 2009, she was appointed to the Governing Authority of the National University of Ireland, Galway and was a recipient of NUI Galway's prestigious Alumni Award for Natural Science, acknowledging her demonstrated excellence in the field of natural science industries.

Dr. Leonard Moran is co-founder, Chairman & CTO of Ovagen. He is an entrepreneur with 30+ years experience and an in-depth knowledge of the Pharm/BioPharma Industry. Leonard is a world expert in Germ Free technology having headed the Germ Free Department at the Medical Research Council in the UK for 10 years. He has led the Germ Free technical development in Ovagen since inception and is the primary driver of the development of the Ovagen process to produce Germ Free eggs to scale. Prior to establishing Ovagen Leonard founded Biological Laboratories, a global Contract Research Organisation (CRO). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Biology and a Chartered Biologist (C.Biol., F.I.Biol.) since 1990 and was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Science by NUI Galway Ireland in June 2013 in recognition for his contribution to Scientific Research.

Dr. Martin Murphy is a veterinarian and manages various projects at Ovagen. He has 25+ years experience of working in the Pharmaceutical industry as Director, Global Operations and Site Head, Centre de Recherche Sante Animale, for Elanco Animal Health Switzerland and Head, Global Drug Efficacy at Novartis Animal Health, Switzerland. Prior to that Martin was Director of Veterinary Product Development at Charles River Laboratories Irl. for a 10 year period.

Michael Greenan holds the position of Operations Manager at Ovagen. Michael has a key role in driving Ovagen's production operations, personnel and quality systems standards as we scale our technology for the international market. Michael's 20 year career, in positions of increasing responsibility in management and scientific roles at major blue chip companies, has prepared him for the challenge of bringing excellence and efficiency to Ovagen's operations at a critical time of its development. Michael built his career experience at Abbott Diagnostics, Allergan (now part of Abbvie), Mylan, Pfizer and Cochlear Limited. He holds a BSc (Hons) from UCD and is a Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt.

He holds a Batchelor of Business Studies and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
