Aaron Miri serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Digital Information Officer for Baptist Health. In this position, he is responsible for developing the strategic technology vision of Baptist Health and leading the team charged with the implementation and effective adoption of technology solutions. The technology department strives to humanize technology, driving integration and optimization that enables patient-focused care delivery.
Dr. Miri has more than 25 years of health care and technology experience and serves as a thought leader on digital strategy both internally at Baptist Health and externally with the larger healthcare community. As an active and distinguished member of several health IT organizations, Dr. Miri continues to promote initiatives to improve interoperability, efficiency, and IT innovation to support improved care delivery models.
Since joining Baptist in 2021, Dr. Miri has been responsible for the systemwide EMR conversion to Epic, improving Baptist's providers' and clinicians' ability to provide patient-centered care. He is passionate about driving a learning health system and utilizing advanced analytics to improve both future care and population health.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Miri served as the Chief Information Officer for The University of Texas at Austin, Dell Medical School and UT Health Austin (Texas). His roles prior to UT Austin include Chief Information Officer for Imprivata, a health care IT company based in Boston, Massachusetts; Chief Information Officer for Walnut Hill Medical Center in Dallas, Texas; and Chief Technology Officer for Children's Health System of Texas in Dallas.
Dr. Miri is a nationally recognized 2025 "CIOs to Know" by Becker's Hospital Review, 2024 Florida CIO ORBIE award winner, 2020 Healthcare Hero's Awardee from CHIME, and has received numerous other industry awards recognizing him as a leader and changemaker. In January 2022, he joined The College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME) Board of Trustees.
In June 2023, Governor Ron DeSantis appointed Dr. Miri to the Florida Cybersecurity Advisory Council. In 2020, The United States Senate appointed Dr. Miri for a second term to the Health and Human Services federal Health IT Advisory Committee (HITAC), where he serves as co-chairman and has participated in several initiatives, including the development of the Trusted Exchange Framework and Common Agreement (TEFCA). In 2016, The Obama Administration appointed Dr. Miri to serve on the Health IT Policy Committee established under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. He is an advisor to the National Academy of Medicine and serves on many not-for-profit boards.
Dr. Miri received his Doctor of Health Administration with distinction from the Medical University of South Carolina, his Master of Business Administration with distinction from the University of Dallas and his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas at Arlington. He is a Certified Healthcare Chief Information Officer (CHCIO) through the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives, a distinguished Fellow with the Health Information Management Systems Society (FHIMSS), a distinguished Fellow with the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (FCHIME), and he is a Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute.
Dr. Miri is married to Sasha, a teacher, and is a proud father of two daughters.

Andrea Eklund, JD, CHC, CHPC, CPC, was appointed as senior vice president, compliance & internal audit and chief compliance officer at Baptist Health in November 2023. In this role, she oversees Baptist Health's corporate compliance, internal audit, privacy and information technology regulatory efforts, working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors. She serves as a strategic advisor to leaders across the organization, collaborating to maintain industry-leading compliance practices.
Before joining Baptist Health, Eklund served as SVP and chief compliance officer at UnityPoint Health, where she managed the strategic direction and oversight of compliance, privacy, internal audit, provider contracting and credentialing. Prior to this, she served as chief compliance and privacy officer at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare.
Eklund received her associate degree in paralegal studies from Rockford Business College, her Bachelor of Science in business management from Rockford College and her Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association, Health Care Compliance Association, American Academy of Professional Coders, and American College of Healthcare Executives.

In this role, Dr. Chapman focuses on the implementation of patient-centric, effective and streamlined clinical care, liaising between the administration and medical staff.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Dr. Chapman served as the associate chief medical officer and executive medical director of perioperative medicine at Atrium Wake Forest Lexington Medical Center in Lexington, North Carolina, and the associate chief medical officer at Atrium Wake Forest High Point Medical Center in High Point, North Carolina.
Dr. Chapman is a board-certified otolaryngologist, a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) from the American Association for Physician Leadership, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomat on the American Board of Otolaryngology.
He received his Doctor of Medicine at East Carolina University's Brody School of Medicine and completed his residency at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Dr. Chapman received his Master of Business Administration from University of Massachusetts Amherst and his Bachelor of Science in biology from Wingate University.

Catherine Graham was named senior vice president of clinical service lines and ambulatory business development for Baptist Health in 2021. Graham has executive responsibility for providing strategic direction for clinical service line growth, expanding and enhancing the ambulatory network, and overseeing the growing portfolio of ambulatory sites, programs and partners across the region, including CareSpot, Telescope Health, and others.
Graham has been with Baptist Health since 1997, serving in a variety of administrative leadership roles encompassing the physician enterprise and health system growth initiatives including the development of a robust corporate health program and the creation of six healthy living centers. Most recently, she served as the vice president of ambulatory network strategy and system business development. Graham holds a bachelor's degree from University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She also earned a Master of Science in Health from University of North Florida and completed a leadership intensive fellowship with the Healthcare Advisory Board in Washington, D.C.
Graham is a member of Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2019 and currently serves on the board of the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida.

Dane Bennett leads Baptist Health's local, state, and federal affairs, advocating for Baptist Medical Centers, Wolfson Children's Hospital, Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, Baptist Behavioral Health, Baptist Medical Group, and Florida's Specialty Hospitals for Children.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, Bennett was the Director of Governmental Affairs for the Florida Home Builders Association, where he represented more than 8,000 builder and associate members before the Florida Legislature and Executive Branch. He began his career as a legislative aide to Senator Lizbeth Benacquisto during her tenure as Senate Majority Leader, Banking and Insurance Chairman, and Senate Rules Chairman. He later joined a Fortune 500 managed care company based in Tampa, Florida, where he covered state legislation for 13 market States.
Bennett served as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps as part of the 4th Assault Amphibian Battalion. Bennett's time in the Marine Corps included leading a unit deployment to the Indo-Pacific in support of the 4th Marine Regiment.
Bennett was named to Influence Magazine's Rising Stars' Class of 2022 and Jacksonville Business Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2025. He is an alumnus of Leadership Jacksonville's Class of 2024 and the eighth class of the Hightower Emerging Leaders Fellowship. He serves on the Jax Chamber Government Affairs Committee, the Chairman's Club of the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl, the Board of Directors for the Hightower Emerging Leaders Fellowship program, and the Board of Directors for the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida.

Eric Fletcher, MBA, FACHE, has more than 30 years of leadership experience in non-profit, community-based health care. He joined Baptist Health in 2025 as EVP and chief strategy officer (CSO). In this role, he collaborates with senior leadership to design and execute a forward-thinking strategic roadmap that aligns with the health system's mission and long-term vision, helps the organization remain agile and responsive to the community's evolving health needs and champions initiatives that increase access to care and enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, he served as SVP and CSO of Mary Washington Healthcare in Virginia, where he led systemwide strategic planning for the health system with two acute care hospitals, four emergency departments, a behavioral health facility and several specialty outpatient centers. There, he drove systemwide revenue growth and new business development initiatives.
Fletcher earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Master of Business Administration from Elon University. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a Master Examiner with the national Malcolm Baldrige Performance Excellence Program and holds a Lean Six Sigma certification.

Kate Barrier, MD, MHCDS, FACEP, has been appointed vice president of Medical Affairs for Baptist Medical Center Clay. In this role, Dr. Barrier will work closely with Baptist Clay's medical staff and administration, as well as the system's chief quality officer, to deliver effective patient-centric, streamlined clinical care. She will be responsible for overseeing clinical quality and patient safety at Baptist Clay.
Dr. Barrier is a proven and effective leader who is committed to continuous improvement. She brings energy, enthusiasm and passion for quality that truly represents the future of our health system.
Dr. Barrier has been a member of Baptist Health's Medical Staff since 2015 through her employment with Emergency Resources Group (ERG), which provides emergency care at Baptist Health. Most recently, Dr. Barrier served as a medical director at Baptist Health, where she led the development and execution of a comprehensive sepsis management strategy. Concurrently, she also served as the director of Clinical Quality at ERG, leading clinical performance initiatives and implementing best practices to improve patient safety and drive operational excellence.
Dr. Barrier received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology/Biological Services from Cornell University, Doctor of Medicine from the University of Florida and Master of Health Care Delivery Science from Dartmouth Tuck School of Business. She is a fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Kate McCann serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Baptist Health. In this role, McCann is responsible for all aspects of human resources across Baptist Health, including strategies for attracting, developing, engaging and retaining talent, promoting diversity and inclusion, and strengthening employee engagement in support of Baptist Health's mission. McCann is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is a nationally recognized 2025 "CHROs and chief people officers to know" by Becker's Hospital Review.
Prior to joining Baptist Health in 2022, she was the senior vice president and chief human resources officer at the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), an integrated health system provider in Maryland consisting of 13 hospitals with nearly 30,000 employees. Prior to this role, she was the vice president of System Human Resource Services.
Before UMMS, McCann held various leadership positions at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire, the Rochester Regional Health System in New York and Catholic Medical Center in New Hampshire.
With more than 30 years of HR experience in the health care industry, McCann has a passion for building a strong, inclusive and diverse culture. While in Maryland, McCann was a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee for the Maryland Hospital Association. She was also appointed by Mayor Brandon M. Scott to be a board member on the Baltimore Workforce Development Board.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and HR Management from Southern New Hampshire University, McCann earned a Master of Science degree in HR Development from Towson University. She also holds a Certificate in Strategic Leadership from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business.

Katie Ensign joined Baptist Health as the Vice President of Community Impact in March 2023. In this role, she leads Baptist Health's efforts to improve community health and well-being, and eliminate health disparities through partnerships, civic involvement, responsible action and charitable service in support of the Baptist Health mission.
In collaboration with the Community Health & Well-Being Committee, Ensign helps set the strategic direction of Baptist Health's community efforts. This includes overseeing the completion of the Community Health Needs Assessment, which identifies the most significant health-related needs in our community.
Ensign has dedicated her career to serving not-for-profit organizations. Before joining Baptist Health, she served as the vice president of placemaking and administration at the Jessie Ball duPont Fund in Jacksonville. Prior to her 13 years there, she served as president and CEO of Florida Philanthropic Network and before that, as vice president of programs for the Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida.
Ensign currently serves on the Blue Zones Project Jacksonville steering committee; Lift Jax steering committee; and the City of Jacksonville's Strategic Partnerships steering committee. She also serves on the board of directors of Feedback Labs, as well as Downtown Vision, Inc. Ensign has recently served on the board of Nonprofit Center of Northeast Florida and Northeast Florida Continuum of Care.
Ensign is a graduate of Executive Leadership Florida. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Denison University in Ohio.

Keith A. Tickell is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Baptist Health. He joined Baptist health in 2015 as Senior Vice President, Strategic Assets/Real Estate, and assumed his current role in 2022.
In his dual role, Tickell not only leads all aspects of finance including financial planning, financial reporting, financial oversight of tax and treasury functions, but also shaping the strategies and environments for Baptist Health's future growth throughout the region. He was named as one of 160 CFOs to know for 2024 by Becker's Hospital Review. The list celebrates individuals whose leadership enhances the financial well-being of their hospitals and health systems.
Tickell has more than 40 years of experience in finance, strategic assets and operations. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer in four companies, including Flagler Development, a subsidiary of Florida East Coast Industries, where he was involved in the placement of debt structures totaling over $1 billion. At The North Highland Company, which provides management and technology consulting services throughout the U.S, Tickell had responsibilities including and beyond the CFO role, serving as Vice President & Chief Administrative Officer. He also served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Sabal Corporation, an owner, developer and manager of a mixed-use commercial development park in Tampa, and Nordic Refrigerated Services in Atlanta. Tickell was a licensed CPA in the State of Florida for 13 years.
Active within the Jacksonville community, he is a member of the board for Baptist Physician Partners and First Coast YMCA. He received his Master of Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta and his Bachelor of Arts in business administration from the University of South Florida.

Kimberly M. Jones joined Baptist Health as the Senior Vice President, Chief Philanthropy Officer of Baptist Health Foundation in September 2022. In this role, Jones is responsible for leading and growing all areas of fundraising and stewardship that are essential to the mission, vision and values of our nonprofit health system.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, she was Chief Development Officer for UF College of Medicine-Jacksonville and Assistant Vice President for UF Health-Jacksonville where she was responsible for all fundraising, engagement and development strategies and efforts across the continuum of donors. Prior to that, she led University Advancement at Jacksonville University, where she successfully completed a $120 million comprehensive fundraising campaign in collaboration with trustees, alumni, friends and faculty.
Jones is a versatile, mission-driven leader with more than two decades of experience in philanthropy and donor engagement in the non-profit sector. She enjoys working with supporters and is passionate in her belief that philanthropy plays a vital role in fueling the innovation and growth required to improve the health and well-being of the community.
Kimberly attended the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and the University of North Florida where she received her Master of Business Administration.
Deeply rooted in the First Coast community, Kimberly remains active in numerous organizations including World Affairs Council, The Community Foundation, St. Paul's Catholic Church and The Discovery School, just to name a few. She graduated from Leadership Jacksonville's Class of 2022. In her time outside of work, Kimberly enjoys writing, reading, gardening, baking, and walking the beach looking for seashells with her husband and three children.
