Blake is a Physical Therapy Assistant primarily at our Winnsboro Physical Therapy clinic. Blake grew up in West Monroe, where he played basketball at West Monroe High School. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and went on to PTA school at Delgado Community College in New Orleans where he graduated in 2011. Blake is currently in the process of getting his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Texas. Blake is married to his wife, Emily, and they have a son and daughter.
Glenn is the owner and a Physical Therapist at Ouachita and Winnsboro Physical Therapy. He practices at both of our locations. Growing up in Eunice, LA, Glenn played football, baseball and ran track at St. Edmund High School. He went on to graduate under grad at Louisiana Tech and graduate from Physical Therapy School at LSU-Shreveport in 1989. Glenn is also a husband, father, and grandfather. In his spare time, Glenn enjoys deer and duck hunting, archery, fishing, golf, and skiing.
Jon is a physical therapist primarily at our Winnsboro Physical Therapy location. He grew up in Monroe, LA and graduated from St. Frederick High School. From there, he want on to graduated from LA Tech where he was a student athletic trainer from 1997-2003. Jon graduated from Physical Therapy School at the University of Central Arkansas. Jon has been married to his wife, Melanie, for 11 years and they have 3 boys. In his spare time, Jon enjoys hunting and fishing.
Nick is a Physical Therapist primarily at our Ouachita Physical Therapy Location. He grew up playing football and throwing the javelin at Ouachita Christian School in Monroe, LA. He continued his track career at the University of Louisiana at Monroe where he graduated. He went on to graduate Physical Therapy School from LSU-Shreveport along side his wife Hannah in 2017. Nick and Hannah have a daughter, Adelaide. In his spare time, Nick enjoys hunting, fishing, water skiing, and watching Saints football.
