Ashley Branco

Ashley Branco joined PCN in 2013 - she has risen from Junior Project Coordinator to Project Manager to Senior Project Manager after starting with PCN as a Marketing and Recruiting Assistant. She has since assumed the role of Director of Project Management. In this role, Ashley is responsible for management, quality, and customer satisfaction for all DDI Projects. Accountabilities include drafting, planning, and managing DDI projects to meet customer business needs. In addition, helping to actively monitor projects to ensure that DDI project goals and milestones are met in a timely manner, within a prescribed budget, while utilizing change control procedures to maintain alignment of customer expectations. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a minor in marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and is ITIL certified, a certified scrum master, and a TPECS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Internal Auditor. Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and most importantly her adorable dog, Maya!

Charlotte Anne Veazie - Chief Legal Officer

Charlotte Veazie joined PCN in 2005 and serves as General Counsel. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing and advising on multi-regional legal issues and documents and has negotiated contracts, statements of work, and other legal documents with local and regional companies as well as some of the largest global telecoms. She helped launch company's flagship technical practice - global DNS, DHCP and IP address management, researching and drafting customized Managed DDI services contracts, as well as policies related to intellectual property, data privacy, and ethics. She has been instrumental in the development of PCN's international footprint, establishing PCN subsidiaries in Canada and the UK. Charlotte has a law degree from Columbia University and a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University. Prior to joining PCN, she had over 10 years' experience managing contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance for Prudential Investment Management and major corporate clients at the law firms of Kirkpatrick and Lockhart and Drinker, Biddle, and Reath. Charlotte is a dyed-in-the-bone geek, an avid reader, foodie, and has truly adorable dogs.

Dave Champagne

David Champagne joined PCN in 2009 and serves as the Distinguished Engineer. In this role, he is responsible for business development, hiring and managing the technical specialist team, refining the offering, and establishing policies and procedures. David has more than 22 years of Senior Network Systems Consulting experience in both the public and private sectors. He is an expert in DNS (ISC BIND and Microsoft DNS systems), DHCP (ISC and Microsoft DHCP systems), BT Diamond IP IPControl, Infoblox, BlueCat, Alcatel-Lucent QIP, and IP address management. David was an electronics technician in the US Army leaving as a Sergeant with an honorable discharge in 1986. He graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 1990. Prior to joining PCN, he has worked for firms such as Deloitte & Touche, British Telecom/INS/Lucent Technologies, BT Federal, and was a civilian employee of the US Navy. David is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, a Certified Infoblox Core Engineer, and a BlueCat Certified Consultant. David is the father of 4 beautiful girls and stepfather to another. He likes to read, play video games, and ski.

Howard Belger

Howard Belger joined PCN in 2022 as Vice President Strategic Business Development. Bringing over 25 years of cross-industry experience, he is responsible for leading new and existing partner channels to drive PCN's continued growth. Howard is passionate first and foremost about establishing partnerships based on mutual trust. He understands the value of helping customers identify and solve pain points to maximize productivity. Howard's dynamic skillset stems from his success in organizations of all sizes. Much of his career was built with MCI and Verizon, where he spent 30 years, the last 12 of which as Vice President Sales. He comes to PCN from Netbrain Technologies, Inc., where he served as a Regional Vice President Sales. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University. Howard splits his time between Chatham, Mass., and Southern Florida. He has three children and spends his free time enjoying the beautiful weather -boating, golfing, and capturing scenic photographs with his drone.

James Nutt - CTO

James Nutt joined PCN in 2012 and serves as General Manager & CTO, DDI Practice. James is responsible for guiding PCN's DDI practice, leading PCN's transition and transformation activities for key accounts in United Kingdom and North America and helping to manage PCN's partnerships with key industry OEMs. Prior to PCN, James worked at CSC where he managed the DDI Services group and was the Principal DDI Engineer for a number of Fortune 500 clients. James is married and has two children. James is actively involved in his community as a hockey and soccer coach.

Katrin Hillner - CEO, President

Katrin Hillner is President, CEO of PCN (PC Network Inc.) a leader in the automation and management of DNS and DHCP in hybrid clouds. Her vision is to deliver exceptional digital transformation to PCN's worldwide customer base as a true partner in change. The talent she surrounds herself with and the company culture PCN nurtures results in a collaborative, supportive, disciplined and trustworthy experience for PCN's customers and business partners. Katrin is a student of innovation and technology adoption, is committed to helping people perform at their best, and is passionate about diversity, inclusion and gender equity. Katrin serves on the Executive Committee of the Governor's Council for Diversity Inclusion and Small Business Opportunity and on the Program Committee of the Women's Business Enterprise Council East (WBECEAST). She also serves on the advisory board of Think and Grow Farms an Urban-Ag tech startup and is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), The Alliance for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), and The Network for Women in Computer Technology (NWCT). 2012-2019 Katrin served on the board of the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP) and championed and co-chaired TCCP's Annual Women in Technology Awards Celebration 2017 through 2019. Katrin holds BAs in Economics and Political Science from SUNY Albany, an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is PMP and ITIL certified. Her previous career experience included management positions and international assignments with Katalyst Venture Partners, First USA Bank, Aeroquip Corporation (now EATON Corp.), and Organization Resources Counselors, Inc. (ORC). Katrin is a first-generation American living the American Dream. Her husband and three teenage children support, challenge and inspire her. She grew up in the Hudson River Valley, enjoys traveling for work and pleasure, and keeps friends and family close through the cycle of life's joys and pain. Katrin Hillner met Shaun on-line and the two clicked. Katrin worked for Katalyst at the time, an accelerator fund of funds working with venture-backed technology start-ups in the greater Philadelphia region. With experience advising technology founders and investors, and a variety of enterprise and consulting roles in her background, Katrin was a consultant to PCN initially. After kicking the tires, looking under the hood, and checking chemistry with the founder, Katrin acquired a majority interest in the company in January 2007 and became PCN's President & CEO. Under her leadership, the company introduced project management services as a core competency, refocused the business on services and staffing, and exited lower margin cabling and resale work.

Paul Roberts

Paul Roberts joined PCN in 2016 as UK Technical Account Manager after having run his own DDI Value Added Reseller for 4 years. Paul brings a wealth of technical and business experience with him, having worked in the DDI industry for over 20 years with products such VitalQIP, Infoblox and BlueCat. Paul is responsible for managing PCN's UK-based customer relationships and also provides both post-sales and pre-sales support for existing and new customers. Paul started his career working as an apprentice for a helicopter manufacturer famous for manufacturing the Lynx, Sea King and Merlin helicopters. Over time he progressed through various companies gaining experience in TCP/IP protocols and eventually ended up as a senior manager for a DDI VAR before deciding to set up his own business in 2012, which PCN acquired in 2016. Paul lives in the North Hampshire countryside with a wife, daughter and son. He enjoys cycling and likes listening to, and mixing, electronic dance music.

Robert Salevsky

Robert Salevsky joined PCN and serves as Director of Administrative Services and Service Desk & Staffing Practices. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring PCN's Accounting, Human Resource, Staffing and Service Desk practices meet the needs of our employees/customers, are legally compliant, and are aligned with PCN's Mission, Vision and Values. Robert has a Master's of Science in Human Resource Development (MSHRD) from Villanova University and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration (BBA) from Temple University. He also earned the following professional designations; CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist), SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), and ITIL Foundations (Information Technology Infrastructure Library). Prior to joining PCN, he worked with Towers Perrin and EDS managing outsourced benefits solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Sam Levy

Sam Levy joined PCN in 2009 and serves as VP Business Operations. Having been promoted in 2017 from the role of Director of Recruiting, Sam's responsibilities have expanded to include commercial oversight of PCN's DDI contracts (Managed Service, Professional Services, resale), RFP responses, financial analysis, vendor management, account management and new business development. Sam has a BA in Marketing from the University of Arizona. Prior to joining PCN, he worked with Techipower/Techniforce as branch and regional manager and for project management and legal staffing organizations. Sam has a strong background in business operations, vendor management, full life cycle recruiting (IT, Engineering, Legal), front & back office management and recruiting operations. Sam enjoys spending his free time with his family - his wife and two sets of twins - as well as listening to live music and golfing.

Shaun Antram - Founder

Shaun Antram founded PCN in 1988 and has successfully navigated the ups and downs of the technology industry by adapting the company's offerings to meet the evolving technology requirements of modern business processes. Today, he is driving the development and marketing of PCN's managed services business. These high value services provide commercial, government, and DoD prime contractors with expert service, referenceable qualifications and deep subject matter expertise in the area of DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management (DDI) as well as tokenless multifactor authentication. Shaun is the Relationship Manager for strategic accounts. He has over 20 years' experience developing and delivering technology solutions and consulting services in the IT sector and brings entrepreneurial drive, creativity and vision to PCN's customers, partners, and management team. Shaun received a BS in Management Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania and is a student of Enterprise 2.0 technologies. He is a devoted husband and father of three children. Shaun also enjoys making pottery a.k.a. playing in the clay, physical training and being outdoors with his family at his mountain retreat in Eagles Mere, PA.

Stacy Winters

Stacy Winters joined PCN in 2012 to serve as the Technical Account Manager / Project Manager for the Technical Management Team (TMT). She has since assumed the role of Director of Project Management. In this role Stacy is responsible for management, quality, and customer satisfaction for all DDI Projects. Accountabilities include drafting, planning and managing of DDI projects to meet customer business needs. In addition to helping to actively monitor projects to ensure that DDI project goals and milestones are met in a timely manner, within a prescribed budget, while utilizing change control procedures to maintain alignment of customer expectations. Stacy is a certified PMP with over a decade of experience managing Information Technology, VOIP, and Security projects. Stacy enjoys spending time with her family.

Tim Barnes

Tim has more than 30 years of experience working with computers and computer networks and in that time has worked with just about every system out there. In his role as Director of IT Infrastructure he is responsible for managing PCN's extensive technology infrastructure as well as managing the Engineers and Technicians on the ETS team.
