Once a project is awarded, Jeff reviews the job to familiarize himself with all the project requirements from placement, equipment, permits required, and any challenges we may face during construction. Further, making sure all state and local building codes and required inspections are adhered to during each phase of the project. Jeff has been with Pools Unlimited, Inc. since the beginning as well so he can recall the pools we have built, the equipment installed, and where each one is located. Dedicated to building exactly what the customer has contracted, he oversees all aspects of the construction whether it's Pools Unlimited, Inc. staff or subcontractors who may work on the projects. He is the first person on the construction site as the project begins and the last person to confirm completion of the project and leaves the customer with a clear understanding of how the pool works, maintenance requirements, etc. during a pool school he conducts as a final closeout of the project with the customer.

Jesse has been in the commercial/residential pool industry for over 20 years, including owning and operating his own pool company for 18 years in Hawaii. Wanting to be closer to family he relocated to Texas and continued his passion for pool building with Pools Unlimited. Jesse wears several hats at Pools Unlimited due to his numerous skills and exemplary knowledge in all aspects of pool construction and design. He has been praised for his friendliness, creativity and relationship building with clients. He is committed to working hard at keeping our customers happy.

With over 19 years in the swimming pool business, a licensed contractor with a passion for creating beautiful as well as functional swimming pools and outdoor living spaces. As President of Pools Unlimited, Inc., Rhonda is hands on in many areas of the company from Marketing and Sales, finance and much of our executive planning. She has over 25 years experience in Business Management, with 19 years specific to the swimming pool industry. Rhonda is also considered a founder of Pools Unlimited, Inc., in spirit, being the supportive wife and continued inspiration to the founder, Randy Morrow.
