PRACTICE IMPACT - Key Persons
Gail is the Administrative Assistant for Practice Impact and is our newest team member. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Robert Morris University and has more than 20 years of administrative and office management experience. Gail assists Mollie and Paul with all aspects of administrative and customer service functions. Gail is often the first point of contact for our buying doctors, as well as the first friendly voice you hear when you call the office.
Mollie handles Practice Transitions, Marketing, Buyer Financing and she is also the Vice President of Practice Impact. She has a Bachelor's degree in Economic Management and English from Ohio Wesleyan University and has over 20 years' experience working in a small business environment. Her qualifications and skills enable her to work closely with buyers and sellers and the solid relationships she has built with financial institutions and dental attorneys ensure that all closing requirements are met in a timely manner.

Paul is a remarkably knowledgeable and is able to provide services that truly and positively separate our firm from the competition.
