Derek is Protech Professionals Founder and General Manager.
Ed has been in the customer service industry for the past 10 years. Mr. Hall likes playing the guitar, spending time with his grandkids, and fishing when he can find the time. He enjoys working at Protech Professionals where he can help others.
He studied turf management at Oklahoma State University and has over 20 years' experience. His first job was as an assistant superintendent at the Silver Horn Golf course in OKC. Mr. Richards and his wife decided to move their family to Duncan, Oklahoma where he worked at The Territory Golf & Country Club before joining Protech Professionals.
Harley has ten years of experience in turf and pest control, along with oil field ground sterilization. Harley worked for five years in construction as a concrete finisher, equipment operator, and welder. Mr. Meford also has six years of experience in logistics and warehousing. His certifications include OSHA 10 and Basic Plus.
Mr. Sing is a certified applicator in Turf and Ornamental per the Oklahoma Board of Agriculture. The Law requires that any person who applies pesticides commercially must be certified, and that any company must be licensed for that type of work. With over 5 years' experience in the industry, Jay is very knowledgeable in the industry.

Shane was brought up on his family's 5th generation farm in Western Oklahoma. He achieved his bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University in Accounting with a Minor in Business Management. Shane spent several years working as a tax accountant and auditor in Oklahoma City. For the last 16 years, his career has focused on account management, business development, marketing, and advertising. Shane continues to help others within the Residential & Commercial Services, Real Estate, and Construction Industries.

Shawna has been an employee of Protech since August 2015. When she is not working, Shawna visits Arkansas to go hiking, kayaking, four-wheeling, and enjoys the beautiful Lake Ouachita in the summer. Ms. Cogburn also spends a lot of her free time at softball tournaments watching her daughter play, and on Friday nights watches her son play football.
