Dr. Eric Knochenhauer is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology along with Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. He completed his fellowship in Reproductive Biology and Endocrinology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Birmingham, Alabama in June 1996 and worked as an Assistant Professor there until May 2001.
In addition to being in private practice at Island Reproductive Services, PC, Dr. Knochenhauer is the Director of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, New York.
Dr. Knochenhauer completed Medical School at Albany Medical College and his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albany Medical Center Hospital, Albany, New York. Additionally, he received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. He has received numerous research awards and has extensive publications, abstracts, chapters and reviews.

Dr. Michael Traub is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He completed his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York, where he additionally served as an Instructor until 2009. Dr. Traub is currently an Assistant Professor in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Staten Island University Hospital, Staten Island, New York.
Dr. Traub completed Medical School at St. Louis University School of Medicine, St. Louis, Missouri with distinction in research and his Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. He was also selected to serve as Chief Resident at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Additionally, he received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. He has received research awards and has published and presented on various subjects.
