Dr. Catherine Tsang

Dr. Tsang is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington. Dr. Catherine Tsang graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry. She went on to complete a residency in primary care at the Michael E. DeBakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Houston, TX, where she gained extensive experience in fitting specialty contact lenses and diagnosing and treating complex ocular disease.

Dr. Leslie Lung Graduated

Dr. Leslie Lung graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1986 with a special emphasis in contact lenses. He held an internship at Seattle Indian Health Board and an internship at Grace Peck Optometric Clinic in Portland, Oregon. He's been in private practice since 1986, when he opened Queen Anne Vision Clinic. In 1997, Dr. Lung opened Issaquah Eyeworks with Dr. Teri Yoshimura. Dr. Lung is one of the first optometrists in Washington to be certified to prescribe Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agents for the treatment of eye diseases. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and Washington Association of Optometric Physicians. He enjoys playing basketball, tennis, golf, and pinball. He is active at his church, where he serves as a deacon and teaches a high school Sunday school class. He and his wife Linda have two daughters. Dr. Rachael Barker

Dr. Rachael Barker received her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry, with honors in all of her clinical coursework. After optometry school, Dr. Barker went on to complete a residency program specializing in pediatric optometry, vision therapy, and vision rehabilitation. She has had the opportunity to work in both clinical and academic settings. Dr. Barker enjoys helping patients of all ages and walks of life with their vision needs, but she has a special enthusiasm for working with children and teens. In addition, she has participated in two optometric mission trips to provide glasses and eye health exams to patients in Guatemala and Morocco. She is an active member of the College of Optometrist in Vision Development, the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington. As a native of Issaquah, Washington, Dr. Barker is excited to be back in the Seattle area, closer to family and the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Aside from her passion for optometry, Dr. Barker enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
