She is committed to excellence in appraising, having graduate level training in Value Science as designed and supported by the American Society of Appraisers, now working towards accreditation. In addition Ms. Wescott has successfully completed training and testing in the meaning and use of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, the standard accepted by the Federal Government and its agencies for the conduct of appraisals, and passed the Code of Ethics exam.
