Andrew Greer joined Realty engineering in 1980, as a Building Maintenance and Project Manager.
In 1986 he then joined the Realty Landscaping Corporation. He has over 40 years experience in the landscaping and Construction industry . His experience allows him to provide leadership that results in a safety-oriented work culture, , quality control and assurance plans, compliance with applicable agency standards. (e.g., EPA, OSHA, etc.). Works with project management team to ensure cost and revenue projections are up to date and accurate. Remains current with industry developments and improvements with regards to means and methods. Experience with developing and maintain strong relationships with owners, contractors, and vendors with whom we work with.

Jason Carroll joined Realty Landscaping in April 1999 at the age of 21 as a landscape laborer, working his way up each rung of the company ladder through personal drive, loyalty, and determination. Over the course of his profession, Jason has worn many hats, earning a reputation for his ability to connect with both customers and business associates by building genuine rapport. In his role as Vice President of Maintenance Operations, Jason continues to face industry challenges with purpose and focus to ensure maximum productivity, company success and most importantly, customer satisfaction.

With over 20 years in the Property Management and Building Services industry, Justin joined the RLC team in April 2021 with a focus on process improvement and systems enhancements. Justin has an extensive portfolio style property management background, and has been effectively leading service delivery teams for the last 12 years. His understanding of processes and how they correlate to systems enables him to identify and apply key strategic process enhancements to ensure customer satisfaction as well as streamlining productivity.
