Arshad William

Dr. William received his medical degree from University of Benin College of Medicine. He was Chief Resident at the University at Harlem Hospital Center, College of Physicians & Surgeons of Columbia. Dr. William is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association, board certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine (ABAM) and Member of the Colorado Psychiatric Society.

Bobby Ferguson

Caroline Poarch

Caroline is a native of Houston, Texas and a graduate of Georgetown University, American University Washington College of Law, and the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work. She has practiced therapy in outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and inpatient settings and has experience working with emerging adult and adult clients struggling with conditions including mood disorders, addiction, personality disorders, trauma, and existential concerns. She employs a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing. In graduate school, Caroline received training at Texas Children's Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys oil painting, exploring Colorado's natural beauty with her fiancé, volunteering, and spending time with her pets.

Dr. Barbara Flood

Dr. Barbara Flood holds a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology and an MSW from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and has experience as a researcher, author, and trainer. Dr. Flood is a licensed addictions counselor and a trauma specialist. Dr. Flood has been a clinician for over 30 years and has encountered a vast range of issues over the years. Dr. Flood has extensive experience working with Trauma and PTSD, addictions, co-dependency, and aging. Dr. Flood has designed and facilitated several post graduate training programs for therapists and coaches. Dr. Flood is certified in EMDR and Emotional Intelligence by the Institute of Social and Emotional Intelligence. Dr Flood has extensive training and experience in addressing traumatic events such as childhood sexual, emotional, or physical abuse; rape or sexual assault; intimate partner violence; traumatic grief; and general traumatic events as well as grief and loss. Dr. Flood is fundamentally a gestalt and somatic therapist having originally trained with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Dr. Flood witnessed transformation in herself and others when working with mind, body and spirit as the pillars of transpersonal psychotherapy. Dr. Flood's advanced training includes but is not limited to trauma reduction, mindfulness, play, sand and art therapy, ACT, IFS, dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy treating depression and anxiety. Dr. Flood is passionate about the ongoing transformational process of personal growth and recovery. Flood has taught psychology in several university, graduate and undergraduate programs including Naropa, CU Denver, and Metropolitan University of Denver.

Dr. Marcie Chambers - CEO, Founder

Dr. Marcie Chambers received her PhD in Psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She was in private practice for a number of years, treating clients for depression, anxiety, trauma, codependency and addiction. Her practice included treating individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Chambers taught psychology at the University of Colorado, Regis University and Metro State College. Dr. Chambers opened The Rose House in Boulder County, Colorado in 2007.

Elisabeth Fabrizio

As a registered nurse and also a family nurse practitioner, I have called Colorado home for over 15 years. Having worked in addiction medicine for almost five years, I am very happy to be working at The Rose House with women in recovery. In addition to being the nurse at The Rose House, I also have a position in a detox facility. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my daughters, my beagles, or baking some new recipe. I am always willing to discuss health concerns, medical questions, and anything related to health and wellness.

Jessica Noesen

Jessica Noesen is a licensed professional counselor and has practiced group and individual therapy in Illinois, Indiana, and Colorado. Jessica received her BA in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, where she began working as an addiction tech and became dedicated to the recovery of women. From there, she went on to obtain her MA in Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, graduating with a focus in addiction treatment.

Nicole Grebe

Originally from South Dakota, Nicole moved to Colorado in 2015. She is a graduate of The Rose House Program and began her career in addiction and mental health treatment as a Psych Tech in 2018. Nicole feels privileged to help other women get better at The Rose House. She loves her canine colleagues "Zeus and Athena" and walks them around the beautiful Colorado landscape by The Rose House when she has time.

Sadie Stewart

An east coast native who grew up in Virginia, Sadie got her Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. Before coming to the Rose House, she worked many different jobs including sports marketing and design; however, her true passion has always been psychology and mental health. After moving to Colorado in 2022, she started at the Rose House as a Psychiatric Technician. Currently, she wears many hats within the Rose House, primarily as the Step Down Manager. Sadie loves having the opportunity to work with the Rose House staff and is grateful for all the opportunities they have provided to pursue her passions. In her free time, she is a huge traveler and is looking forward to traveling to her 21st country this year!

Sandra Radney

Sandra grew up in Wyoming. She earned a BS in Education from Utah State University and her MA in Education from Chapman University. Sandra taught middle and high school students with behavioral, emotional, and learning disabilities for many years and was the Community Outreach/Prevention Coordinator for the local high school in Wisconsin where she lived with her family for 15 years. Sandra has training in SAP, Brief Intervention, Motivational Interviewing, Nonviolent Communication, Internal Family Systems and ARISE. She is a Certified Addiction Specialist, CAS. Sandra is grateful for the opportunity to support beautiful, brave women in recovery and their families, as well as be a part of the amazing Rose House staff. She enjoys living in the sunny state of Colorado with her husband, daughter, two sons and all the outdoor activities it offers including running, hiking, camping, and skiing. She is an avid reader, knitter, and traveler.
