RON ST. ANGELO

Born in Beaumont, Texas, in 1948, Ron served two tours of combat duty in Vietnam from 1967-1973, fighting in the Tet Offensive in 1968 and the "Rung Sat Special Zone, Mekong Delta, known as the "Forest of Assassins" in 1969. He served as a U.S. Navy Boatswain's Mate aboard the USS Brinkley Bass DD 887, a Gearing Class Man-O-War Destroyer. He was decorated for his combat service and received an Honorable Discharge from The United States Navy in 1973.
